Only In California

Wikipedia Image

California probably has the largest population of illegal aliens of any State.  Due to this their economy is in the toilet, their school budgets are stretched to breaking and being destroyed so forget education, their hospitals are closing, and they are generally degrading to a sub-state of Mexico.   No where else is the representation so anti-American and pro Amnesty as in California.  Now it comes to light that the Mexican government has opened an illegal consulate to make it easier for the illegal alien population to get documented.  That is so that they can more easily receive benefits from this country and its Citizens, both those born here and those naturalized.

According to Judicial Watch, Mexican officials requested the Homeland Security agency charged with immigration enforcement not to enforce the law in the area while the cards — known as Matricula Consular –are being issued last week.

Even more amazing is that the Obama Administration, the Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano — who commands ICE — are obliging and that officials in the nation’s most populous county — Los Angeles — are even allowing it to happen. The Mexican consular office is operating on Santa Catalina Island, a small resort community located about 22 miles off the Southern California coast with a population of about 3,000. The majority of the residents on the L.A. County island are illegal immigrants from Mexico.

Why do they always call them immigrants? That’s an oxymoron like Walmart’s clean sewer. If it is a sewer, it isn’t clean.

The article shows the extent of the treason the Obamination and his whole administration will go to in order to undermine the united States and the rule of law.  While this administration has set its sights on Arizona to fight the law SB 1070 passed and desired by the Citizens of Arizona, they intend the destruction of this country through subversion and blind eyes.  Of course the Obaminator’s administration will deny this, but who else tells Janet Napolitano, (DHS head), what to do???

Consular identification cards are NOT valid identification and are not legal in this country.  Banks, some other States, and local governments seem to think they are.  But they are used by foreign governments to identify their citizens living in other countries and nothing more.  If they were legal in this country the federal government would be backing them with a stamp of approval.

Looks like a valid ID but is not recognized by the united State's Government. Wikipedia Image

According to the article I read in NewsWithViews the Mexican government issued 2.2 million of these cards last year alone and the Guatemalan government issued at least 89,000. And, of course, the acceptance of these foreign issued identification cards allows these illegal aliens to get goods and services they are NOT entitled to. It also facilitates the issuance of more of these cards to other illegal aliens that follow their fellows into this country. It seems that California is trying to devastate the rest of the nation as their economy collapses under the weight of these criminal aliens.

The cards are good for one thing, letting the proper consulate know when their citizens have been arrested for being in this country illegally.  Nothing more.

Since Real ID was implemented by congress the CID cards have been used to work around the problem of gaining valid identifications by illegal aliens in this country.  With these cards the illegal aliens can apply for driver’s licenses which leads to jobs or gaining access to services these illegal ordinarily could not qualify for.  Just another reason why Real ID was a huge mistake.  But congress isn’t known for fixing the messes they make, only in making bigger messes.  The biggest mess of all is the united States Treasury which has created rules to allow these cards to be used in as valid forms of ID in financial transactions.

Immigrant identity cards under fire

A senator wants to stop state agencies from accepting Mexican consulate-issued cards used in daily business.

The measure filed by Sen. Mike Haridopolos would prevent state agencies from accepting the matricula consular, a card issued mostly to undocumented Mexican nationals. It would have no authority, however, over financial institutions that are regulated by the federal government.

His legislation is part of a national debate on how secure and justifiable the card is. Government and law enforcement agencies say the ID is easily forged, while financial institutions embrace it as a way to tap into the huge spending and investment power of immigrants.

Lining up for the Mexican Consulate's CID cards

Of course congress didn’t implement this legislation, which would have protected united States Citizens and their jobs from being taken over by the illegal aliens.  It seems to always come back to the Citizens of this country having the balls to do what those morons in congress won’t.  It must be because we actually care about this country and what the illegal alien invasion is doing to it.

¡Adios! Personal banker quits over Mexican IDs

Employee acts to take America back, refuses to help illegals

A personal banker in Arlington, Va., is quitting his job after Chevy Chase Bank, one of the largest and best-known banks in the Washington, D.C., region, announced it will begin accepting consular cards from customers who many suspect are illegal aliens.

The bank announced its “Hispanic Banking Initiative” during a pilot program and is now accepting Matricula Consular de Alta Seguridads, or MCAS, at all of its branches so customers without U.S. government IDs may open accounts.

Citizens continue to try to get the attention of those in charge.

Is there any doubt that this country is being given away piecemeal by banks and by the famously blind eye of the Obamination administration? Still think the obaminator is your savior? Judicial Watch, Inc. believes that no one is above the law, including presidents and the Obaminator’s actions are all over their pages. The documents that Judicial Watch has obtained via the Freedom of Information Act show a marked increase in border crossings incursions by the Mexican government and a marked decrease in enforcement by ICE.  You can read it HERE: Border Patrol Incursion Record by Mexican government

Mexican Government Border Incursions on the Rise According to New Documents Uncovered by JW

A few weeks ago, Mexican President Felipe Calderon had the gall to criticize Arizona’s tough new illegal immigration law from the well of Congress before a joint session. Maybe he should have taken some time to explain why Mexican government officials, including members of the Mexican military, continue to flood across the border and attack U.S. Border Patrol agents.

  • 76 Mexican Government incursions from January 2008 to December 2009 (data missing from February 2009)
  • 50 Mexican Government incursions in 2008 alone, which is double the number of incursions from the previous year
  • 528 assaults against CBP agents from January – June 2008
  • 11 assaults against National Guard agents with CBP from January – June 2008

At the same time as the border is being attacked the Obaminator has decided to go after the one State which is sick and tired of the mamby-pamby simpering fools in congress and the current POTUS and actually doing something to protect the Citizens from this invasion.

Judicial Watch has also got documentation on the “kidnap capitol” of Phoenix Arizona.  While most would love to pretend we are exaggerating the numbers do not lie.  I know this will displease many to see that actual figures exist.  Click Here: As an example, one 16 year old girl was raped 261 times at a drop house. And this is what those wanting amnesty want to allow to become citizens in this country?  The stupidity never ceases to amaze me.

No care is taken to determine the criminal history with these CID cards being issued.

MSNBC recently did a poll asking whether people supported Arizona’s SB 1070.  The poll seems to be closed now but it might be because I voted in support of the new law.  The results can be found HERE: The overwhelming Citizen support stands at 96% FOR and only 4% Against.  I can only hope that congress and the department of justice (gotta love them), are paying attention.

Another MSNBC poll, (scroll down on the page to see the poll questions), asked if Arizona should be able to pull the plug on LA if LA goes through with its plans to boycott the State.  Overwhelmingly the poll results show that 87% think YES11.2 % say NO, and only 1.2% don’t know.  The sentiment of the American Citizens is riding with Arizona.

So why would the Department of Justice want to go after Arizona’s new law?  Because the Obamination doesn’t want law and order.  A state of anarchy suits the administration just fine.  After all, he has been indicted on counts of treason and other felonies in at least 3 Citizen Juries.  This man has every reason to refute law and order.

I think this says it all. This isn't racial pride, this is Nationality pride. No integration is possible here.

Obama Administration May Not Process Illegals Referred by Arizona

In fact, the best “solution” to reduce illegal immigration is to enforce the law. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer gets it. The Arizona state legislature gets it. Local law enforcement officers get it. Border Patrol agents get it. The American people get it. (The vast majority of Americans support more illegal immigration law enforcement.) And even illegal aliens get it — as evidenced by the fact that they reportedly now are leaving Arizona in droves.

But this Obama administration has a radical agenda, rooted in its hostility to law enforcement.

Original Fox Article found HERE:

The FBI gave testimony before congress concerning the Mexican and other CID cards issued.  They concluded that the CID cards are not a good means of identification since there is nothing to verify their authenticity or the actual identity of those using them:

Congressional Testimony of Steve McCraw, Assistant Director of The Office of Intelligence FBI

Before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security, and Claims on Consular ID Cards June 26, 2003
“Consular ID Cards in a Post-9/11 World
Over the past two years, we have all seen a dramatically increased effort to promote and utilize consular ID cards as forms of identification for foreign nationals who are present in the United States. The Government of Mexico has been particularly aggressive in marketing the use of its consular ID card, the Matricula Consular. As a result of the extensive efforts to promote the use of the Matricula Consular, a number of other foreign countries are now considering the issuance of their own consular ID cards. The crucial element in the acceptance of any consular ID card is the ability to verify the actual true identity of the bearer of the card. In today’s post-9/11 world, this element is all the more important because, in order to protect the American people, we must be able to determine whether an individual is who he purports to be. This is essential in our mission to identify potential terrorists, locate their means of financial support, and prevent acts of terrorism from occurring.

Since Mexico’s Matricula Consular is currently the predominant consular ID card in existence, I will focus my comments today on this particular card. It is believed that consular ID cards are primarily being utilized by illegal aliens in the United States. Foreign nationals who are present in the U.S. legally have the ability to use various alternative forms of identification “most notably a passport” for the purposes of opening bank accounts, gaining access to federal facilities, boarding airplanes, and obtaining a state driver’s license. In addition, foreign nationals who are present in the United States, either legally or illegally, have the ability to obtain a passport from their own country’s embassy or consular office.

The U.S. Government has done an extensive amount of research on the Matricula Consular, to assess its viability as a reliable means of identification. The Department of Justice and the FBI have concluded that the Matricula Consular is not a reliable form of identification, due to the non-existence of any means of verifying the true identity of the card holder. The following are the primary problems with the Matricula Consular that allow criminals to fraudulently obtain the cards:

First, the Government of Mexico has no centralized database to coordinate the issuance of consular ID cards. This allows multiple cards to be issued under the same name, the same address, or with the same photograph.

Second, the Government of Mexico has no interconnected databases to provide intra-consular communication to be able to verify who has or has not applied for or received a consular ID card.

Third, the Government of Mexico issues the card to anyone who can produce a Mexican birth certificate and one other form of identity, including documents of very low reliability. Mexican birth certificates are easy to forge and they are a major item on the product list of the fraudulent document trade currently flourishing across the country and around the world. A September 2002 bust of a document production operation in Washington state illustrated the size of this trade. A huge cache of fake Mexican birth certificates was discovered. It is our belief that the primary reason a market for these birth certificates exists is the demand for fraudulently-obtained Matricula Consular cards.

Fourth, in some locations, when an individual seeking a Matricula Consular is unable to produce any documents whatsoever, he will still be issued a Matricula Consular by the Mexican consular official, if he fills out a questionnaire and satisfies the official that he is who he purports to be.

How convenient for Mexico and Mexicans that no verification of identity is needed…

It is clear that the FBI does not trust these Consulate ID cards so why would banks and other financial institutions, State and local governments want to accept them?  That question cannot be answered here but must be addressed by the Citizens of this country with their local and State governments to cease and desist using the cards.  Pass the FBI report along to them.
