Al Gore’s Uncomfortable Truth

I’ve been saying it for a few now, global warming was a hoax and a doozie! Apparently the evidence has mounted to the point that not even congress can ignore it.  Does this mean that the hoax of Sustainability will be the next thing to be debunked?  I hope so. It is all about control of the masses, not the destruction of our planet by human hands.

I had to snicker when I saw the cover of the Weekly Standard showing a naked cartoon of Al Gore.  Maybe he will come up with an excuse like he did when he said he invented the internet and then recanted it by saying he was very tired that day because he had invented the camcorder.  What a guy!

The day I made that statement, about the inventing the internet, I was tired because I’d been up all night inventing the Camcorder. Al Gore

Is that not a great parody or what??? What kind of a rocket scientist do you have to be to see that if 12 times as many scientists say global warming doesn’t exist and only the government scientists say it does, that someone is lying.  And when 31.000 are being silenced because they disagree with the government, well, consider the source of the silencing…  Remember the $10,000.00 bet that global warming was a hoax?

In Denial

The meltdown of the climate campaign.

BY Steven F. Hayward
March 15, 2010, Vol. 15, No. 25

It is increasingly clear that the leak of the internal emails and documents of the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia in November has done for the climate change debate what the Pentagon Papers did for the Vietnam war debate 40 years ago—changed the narrative decisively. Additional revelations of unethical behavior, errors, and serial exaggeration in climate science are rolling out on an almost daily basis, and there is good reason to expect more.

The U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), hitherto the gold standard in climate science, is under fire for shoddy work and facing calls for a serious shakeup. The U.S. Climate Action Partnership, the self-serving coalition of environmentalists and big business hoping to create a carbon cartel, is falling apart in the wake of the collapse of any prospect of enacting cap and trade in Congress. Meanwhile, the climate campaign’s fallback plan to have the EPA regulate greenhouse gas emissions through the cumbersome Clean Air Act is generating bipartisan opposition. The British media—even the left-leaning, climate alarmists of the Guardian and BBC—are turning on the climate campaign with a vengeance. The somnolent American media, which have done as poor a job reporting about climate change as they did on John Edwards, have largely averted their gaze from the inconvenient meltdown of the climate campaign, but the rock solid edifice in the newsrooms is cracking. Al Gore was conspicuously missing in action before surfacing with a long article in the New York Times on February 28, reiterating his familiar parade of horribles: The sea level will rise! Monster storms! Climate refugees in the hundreds of millions! Political chaos the world over! It was the rhetorical equivalent of stamping his feet and saying “It is too so!” In a sign of how dramatic the reversal of fortune has been for the climate campaign, it is now James Inhofe, the leading climate skeptic in the Senate, who is eager to have Gore testify before Congress.

I can imagine a few of those scientists who were silenced dancing a jig of vindication, champagne flowing, maybe even a few fireworks. At the very least they can no longer be discounted and shoved into a back room with the door slammed shut on them.

I have to wonder why it took the media so long to get a clue.  After all, if I knew it was a hoax years ago the evidence they had must have access to put mine to shame.  So why did it take so long?  You can bet there are big corporations out there that are going to try to silence this type of news. With the “globalism” mindset going on now the scientists there were only doing what they were paid to do, send out false and misleading information to control the masses.  Does that mean we can get rid of the cap and trade crap Obama signed? I highly doubt it. When has congress ever repealed anything that we pay for? Watch the Inhofe video where he rips Al Gore.

Watch the video on YouTube where Senator Inhofe tears Al Gore a new one! It’s a keeper!

But does this mean that those who paid for the bad “government science” are going to go away?  Does it mean that the rest of the world is going to hear about this?  What about the ordinary man, woman and child in other countries?  I’ll bet not.  This could hurt big business after all and NO ONE stands in their way.  It has taken almost 20 years to get the word out in this country alone that it was all a hoax.  The Newsweek article I pulled that picture off of says it all I think…

The Truth About Denial

By Sharon Begley | NEWSWEEK
From the magazine issue dated Aug 13, 2007

Sen. Barbara Boxer had been chair of the Senate’s Environment Committee for less than a month when the verdict landed last February. “Warming of the climate system is unequivocal,” concluded a report by 600 scientists from governments, academia, green groups and businesses in 40 countries. Worse, there was now at least a 90 percent likelihood that the release of greenhouse gases from the burning of fossil fuels is causing longer droughts, more flood-causing downpours and worse heat waves, way up from earlier studies. Those who doubt the reality of human-caused climate change have spent decades disputing that. But Boxer figured that with “the overwhelming science out there, the deniers’ days were numbered.” As she left a meeting with the head of the international climate panel, however, a staffer had some news for her. A conservative think tank long funded by ExxonMobil, she told Boxer, had offered scientists $10,000 to write articles undercutting the new report and the computer-based climate models it is based on. “I realized,” says Boxer, “there was a movement behind this that just wasn’t giving up.”

Since the late 1980s, this well-coordinated, well-funded campaign by contrarian scientists, free-market think tanks and industry has created a paralyzing fog of doubt around climate change. Through advertisements, op-eds, lobbying and media attention, greenhouse doubters (they hate being called deniers) argued first that the world is not warming; measurements indicating otherwise are flawed, they said. Then they claimed that any warming is natural, not caused by human activities. Now they contend that the looming warming will be minuscule and harmless. “They patterned what they did after the tobacco industry,” says former senator Tim Wirth, who spearheaded environmental issues as an under secretary of State in the Clinton administration. “Both figured, sow enough doubt, call the science uncertain and in dispute. That’s had a huge impact on both the public and Congress.”

The battle has only just been engaged. These money men and huge corporations are determined to get their way and you haven’t heard the last from them yet.

I can’t imagine living next to these smoking stacks.  As I’ve said before the technology already exists, and has for over 50 years, which would free us from the use of fossil fuels.  However it has been bought up and pulled from the public domain along with all references to these products.  I’m aware that OPEC was one of the buyers of the car carburetor which could get 60-100 miles per gallon.  Until the life of our planet outweighs greed this problem will remain.

Canada Free Press ran a story about the WeeklyStandard’s article concerned with Climategate and Al Gore.  I loved it.  I hope you enjoy it too.

The Weekly Standard weighs in on Climategate, and wins the prize for Best Al Gore Cover

-Weekly Standard

I was thrilled to see the global warming busting article, “In Denial” online at The Weekly Standard website. And then I thought I’d take a look at where it was in the print version of the magazine. That’s when I saw it was the cover story, accompanied by the best damn illustration mocking Al Gore I think I’ve ever seen. It’s a beauty!

The magazine pretty much preaches to the choir, but it is influential nonetheless. But we have a plan to get it into the hands of unsuspecting readers. We suggest you all go to your local bookstore or magazine rack, grab a few copies of the March 15 issue and place them in the front of some of the stacks of general interest magazines. In fact, plaster them everywhere you can. And if you do that, snap a photo with your cameraphone and send it to us, and we’ll post it in the comments below.

Did I mention they liked the article? Or was it obvious? Whatever you do, don’t click on the link below. It will redirect you to a page with all sorts of articles and you will never get back to the original. I gave up and closed the window.  There is a petition to sign on the page just to the left of the article about gun control in the U.S. by the U.N.  Considering this whole Climategate was the U.N.’s brain child, well, you decide if you want to be ruled by the U.N. but I know I don’t.  There is a pic of Hillary Clinton, smiling wide enough to break her face, showing just how proud she is about U.N. Gun Control coming to the united States.

This is proof of global warming? I thought it was fashion. Silly me!

Seriously though, New York has just had a hell of a winter.  It has actually declared itself a disaster area and has asked for help from FEMA.

While I know they claim that severe weather is caused by the burning of fossil fuels I have to disagree on several counts.  First, earth’s climate is driven by Sunspot activity, the moon, and finally by the military.

Still, sunspot activity is the main driving factor for storms and the cooling or heating of the earth. The sun cycles through periods of high and low sun spot activity.  I’ll cite another article from the same source as the NYDailyNews article.  (article follows further down)

Small Fluctuations In Solar Activity, Large Influence On Climate

ScienceDaily (Aug. 28, 2009)

An international team of scientists led by the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) used more than a century of weather observations and three powerful computer models to tackle one of the more difficult questions in meteorology: if the total energy that reaches Earth from the Sun varies by only 0.1 percent across the approximately 11-year solar cycle, how can such a small variation drive major changes in weather patterns on Earth?

The answer, according to the new study, has to do with the Sun’s impact on two seemingly unrelated regions. Chemicals in the stratosphere and sea surface temperatures in the Pacific Ocean respond during solar maximum in a way that amplifies the Sun’s influence on some aspects of air movement. This can intensify winds and rainfall, change sea surface temperatures and cloud cover over certain tropical and subtropical regions, and ultimately influence global weather.

I did mention once or twice before I was a science junky?   There are many more articles concerning the sun’s interaction with the earth.  Follow the link above and scroll down the page.  You can’t miss them.

The NYDailyNews ran a three page story about climate change.  As with all the others it is filled with gloom and doom concerning climate change and disaster with the earth’s warming.  The piece is filled with links but I noticed right off that it appeared to be talking about global warming again.  Instead of calling it “global warming” they chose to call it climate change.  I decided to look up the definition of “climate change.”  Here is the definition:

cli·mate change

1. change in global weather patterns: long-term alteration in global weather patterns, especially increases in temperature and storm activity, regarded as a potential consequence of the greenhouse effect.

So, we are right back to global warming with doomsayers predicting all kinds of horror and death due to global warming. Yup, the money men behind global warming aren’t done yet!  I am not saying that the writer isn’t absolutely sincere in his concerns, on the contrary, I’m sure that he is.  But global warming is a hoax and so is climate change.  Storms cycle, and ice ages have happened in the past without human assistance, as has the warming of the planet.  This is just more fear mongering.

What the author should have written about is the ability of the military to control the weather:

Since our educational system has been deliberately dumbed down to prevent citizens from being well trained in logic, mathematics, and science, most people do not believe that man controls the weather. In this article, we will demonstrate the obvious worthlessness of this stagnate belief.

The true danger is not in global warming or climate change but rather from those who can control, manipulate, and direct the weather as they wish.  If global warming or climate change is blamed so much the better, then no one has to explain why they murdered all those people.  Think about it or chalk it up to another conspiracy theory..
