I don’t know about you, but it certainly seems like the Federal government is getting exceptionally paranoid lately.  Of course that is what happens when you monitor everyone and everything 24/7.  You start to see the bogey man in every shadow.  With the release of the report, (U//FOUO) Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment, it is getting very clear just how paranoid they are.  It isn’t that they don’t have some cause after all, We the People are heartily sick and tired of being spyied on, having our emails, computers, internet activity monitored, phone calls, etc. searched and seized and constantly under scrutiny.  The Federal government has just grabbed our hard earned money and given it to foreign banks and governments as though they were the ones who earned it.

And, by the way, Napolitano stands by her report. Shame on you Napolitano.  Just how unAmerican can you get???

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Wednesday that she was briefed before the release of a controversial intelligence assessment and that she stands by the report, which lists returning veterans among terrorist risks to the U.S.

But the top House Democrat with oversight of the Department of Homeland Security said in a letter to Ms. Napolitano that he was “dumbfounded” that such a report would be issued.

Yup, they have a bit of reason to be paranoid if April 15th protests are any indication of the irritation We the People are feeling.  The Feds may be thinking their livelihood is being threatened…  I can’t imagine why!!!  So in reading over the internet I was glad to read the following by a Judge:

My guess is that the sentiments revealed in the report I read are the tip of an iceberg that the DHS would prefer to keep submerged until it needs to reveal it. This iceberg is the heavy-hand of government; a government with large and awful eyes, in whose heart there is no love for freedom, and on whose face there is no smile.

4.  The summary (unclassified) document is terrifying. One can only imagine what is contained in the classified version. This document runs directly counter to numerous U.S. Supreme decisions prohibiting the government from engaging in any activities that could serve to chill the exercise of expressive liberties. Liberties are chilled, in constitutional parlance, when people are afraid to express themselves for fear of government omnipresence, monitoring, or reprisals. The document also informs the reader that Big Brother is watching both public and private behavior.

Judge Napolitano goes on to talk about this report being directly contrary to the First Amendment to the Constitution.  How We the People are the ones free to think and act as we choose, NOT THE GOVERNMENT!

I think this could be a good thing because it shows that the government is afraid of We the People.  As they should be!  And frankly, it is high time to get them ALL out of office.  They have all become far too comfortable with their special interest bribery scams, the donations they receive from all kinds of lobbyists which has led to total corruption, pork barrel spending on pet projects, and amnesty for illegal criminals crossing our borders while failing to secure those borders and ports.  Yes, I’d say they have plenty to worry about.  They haven’t been listening while we’ve been trying to get their attention.

I can’t find the original *Left-Wing* terrorist threat report.  DHS doesn’t allow you to search that far back and I can’t find a link to the report itself anywhere.  Lots of talk about it, but no actual report.  So DHS has us all covered whether left of right wing.  Here is another report though:

A similar event in Tucson hours earlier swelled to roughly 1,500, and about 1,000 met in Gilbert. All told, there were more than 18 tea parties across Arizona.

The events paid homage to the original, Revolutionary War-era Boston Tea Party. Put in historical parlance, Wednesday’s message was: Don’t tread on me. Protesters’ frustration nationally was generally aimed at President Barack Obama and the Democratic-led Congress, with federal-stimulus spending of nearly $800 billion and Obama’s budget totaling $3.5 trillion.

Yes, it was huge, I was there along with my roommate.  The crowds were so heavy you couldn’t hear the speakers.  You could, however, hear the crowds cheer and boo whatever the speaker was saying!  If the government doesn’t pay attention NOW, they will come next election.  We the People have spoken!!!  There were sign-up sheets for new people to run for office against those whose interests do not reflect We the People.  I signed several.  Are you listening McCain?  Well, too late.

Across the nation it is estimated that 250,000 people turned out to protest what is happening in Washington D.C.  The partial list can be found HERE: The message should be crystal clear to this administration: T.E.A.= Taxed Enough Already!

Messages were very clear.  The Gadsden flag was in evidence.   I saw children with signs and some of them got very personal such as this one:”Pelosi doesn’t stimulate MY package!”  Yup, if Congress and Obama don’t get the message, I will have no pity for them when they are kicked to the curb.

Most of the messages were directed towards Obama. Others were more general in nature. But all were very clear that We the People have had enough of taxation. It has become a burden we can no longer bear.

So, if the government is feeling a bit paranoid lately it is with good reason. They have pushed us far enough. Their fear mongering is not being drunk along with the Kool-Aid. We the People are still thinking, and reacting, for ourselves. Calling us all Terrorists just means that in the end, the feds will be all alone with no-one to govern at all.  Between this “Left-wing” threat to the government, the “right-wing” threats and the TSA’s watch/no fly list it is a wonder We the People can do anything.  To say the federal government has gone into the realm of the ridiculous is putting things mildly…

One of CNN’s reporters, Drew Griffen found himself on the no fly list after doing a story which was critical of the TSA.  The full story can be found here: But the whole point is that normal every day citizens are being stopped for nothing while our ports and borders, passport security, etc. are left wide open to criminal aliens crossing those same ports and borders every day.  Why are American Citizens being treated this way when the Feds don’t bother to secure the outlaying areas so that Citizen movement can be free and easy?  Simple, big brother wants to watch you and doesn’t care about all the criminal aliens from Mexico entering by the thousands daily.

And how can any of this be accurate with them adding so many names per day? They would have to be doing 24/7 verifications in order to make sure that no mistakes were happening. The fact that they aren’t going 24/7 means that mistakes are happening and those trying to travel won’t be able to. And now they are adding trains and buses to the list.

TSA agents are very aggressive and asking personal questions while they refuse to answer anything concerning the legality of their questioning.  For a good example, click HERE: The person detained was part of the Ron Paul Team.  It turns regular Americans against other Americans who are there legally, without warrants or wants against them, and minding their own business.  Here is the same guy talking about this situation of TSA abuses. We also have the camera’s watching our every movement. Cameras on buildings, freeways, security cameras can all be accessed by those in the FBI or any agency connected to DHS.  All those Fusion Centers sprouting up in almost every State can gain, share, and transmit this information.  Do you know if there is one in your area?  Have you checked out who is checking you out?  And what of those cameras on the highway?  They are supposed to only be used to catch speeders.  So they wouldn’t be tracking you would they?  Want to bet???

But they learned that the cameras do more than snap still photos of those clocked driving at least 11 miles over the speed limit. In fact, they actually are recording streaming video around-the-clock.

Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Gilbert, said what’s worse is that Redflex Traffic Systems, the private company hired by the state to set up and operate the cameras, advertises that it has technology that actually can scan in the license plates of every vehicle that passes the cameras. And that, Biggs said, allows creation of a database that can find out where people have been at any given time.

Lawmakers claim they didn’t know that this would happen. Who believes that today? I don’t. It seems that lawmakers are trying to get us used to a society where we are watched, recorded, and tracked every moment of our lives. This in direct opposition to the Constitution.

The Constitution actually covers 4 different kinds of privacy that are to be protected where We the People are concerned.

Amendment I
(Privacy of Beliefs)
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment III
(Privacy of the Home)
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Amendment IV
(Privacy of the Person and Possessions)
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment IX
(More General Protection for Privacy?)
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

As you can see, it was extremely important to our founding fathers that privacy be secured for We the People.  Government doesn’t have a right to privacy, neither the president, the vice president nor any member of Congress when in it is in session nor any government agency.  Yet today we see an inversion of our rights to privacy leaving us bordering on a police state.  This is NOT what is supposed to be.  And unless we speak out against these infringements our rights, both Constitutional AND CREATOR given, we will lose them forever.  Our children and their children will be born in bondage to a massive government machine where only the elite have privacy.

All this surveillance can only mean that big brother is worried.  They don’t trust the citizens of this country anymore.  Do they have good reason?  Yes, because they have become so heavy-handed.  One executive order after another, on congressional bill after another, all meant to control and manipulate the citizens of this country into accepting a totalitarian government.  Will you bend knee to these tyrants?  Will you allow your children to be sold into slavery paying debts that are not ours or theirs to pay?  Will you shake off your oppressors and tell them ENOUGH!

Obama is not the savior everyone hoped he would be but just another puppet on a string.  Join with other Americans in resisting this government machine.  Read and support the following groups, or find one for yourself:
