The Morphing Process

I’m still upset to think I am considered a terrorist.  I am angry that my love of my country, no matter what Her faults may be should be turned against me.  But to blindly follow, without question, the dictates of the immoral money men behind the scenes, that I will never do.

They mean my country NO GOOD.  They work constantly, smoothing everything with money, so that they might have their way and destroy my beautiful home land.  Their hands rest heavily upon the necks of Congress and the President with a hold that threatens their very lives.  How then does that make me a terrorist?  Perhaps they are victims too, but it seems to me it is purely greed driven madness.

But because I speak the truth, because I dare to say what is becoming common knowledge, I am labeled a terrorist.  Because I will not go quietly into the long dark night of slavery, I am condemned as one disloyal to the government.  But I have never sworn allegiance to the government, I have sworn it to the Constitution and my country!

So I got to wondering how things could have morphed so far from what they are supposed to be?  I started with the dictionary for metamorphosis:

–noun, plural -ses

  1. Biology. A profound change in form from one stage to the next in the life history of an organism, as from the caterpillar to the pupa and from the pupa to the adult butterfly.
  2. a complete change of form, structure, or substance, as transformation by magic or witchcraft.
  3. any complete change in appearance, character, circumstances, etc.
  4. a form resulting from any such change.
  5. a type of alteration or degeneration in which tissues are changed: fatty metamorphosis of the liver.
  6. the resultant form.

  1. the structural or functional modification of a plant organ or structure during its development.

metamorphōsis  transformation.

That certainly seemed to be the appropriate word for what has happened to our government. We’ve gone from a Republic to a communist government it seems overnight.  Yet the past 50 years have been involved for this planned destruction.  Not since John F. Kennedy has their been a president who ruled this country.  The money masters killed JFK because he grew a conscience and worked for We the People.  The implied threat to our government was; “Do as you are told or die!”

Next, I went back to 2007 and looked up the first of the terrorist bills.  H.R. 1955 was titled Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007. I wanted to see for myself again just how the text of the bill has made it so that I could be considered a terrorist.  Here are the parts that matter:

(a) In General- Title VIII of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 361 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following new subtitle:

Subtitle J–Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism

For purposes of this subtitle:

(1) COMMISSION- The term `Commission’ means the National Commission on the Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism established under section 899C.

(2) VIOLENT RADICALIZATION- The term `violent radicalization’ means the process of adopting or promoting an extremist belief system for the purpose of facilitating ideologically based violence to advance political, religious, or social change.

(3) HOMEGROWN TERRORISM- The term `homegrown terrorism’ means the use, planned use, or threatened use, of force or violence by a group or individual born, raised, or based and operating primarily within the United States or any possession of the United States to intimidate or coerce the United States government, the civilian population of the United States, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.

(4) IDEOLOGICALLY BASED VIOLENCE- The term `ideologically based violence’ means the use, planned use, or threatened use of force or violence by a group or individual to promote the group or individual’s political, religious, or social beliefs.

The Congress finds the following:

(1) The development and implementation of methods and processes that can be utilized to prevent violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence in the United States is critical to combating domestic terrorism.

(2) The promotion of violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence exists in the United States and poses a threat to homeland security.

(3) The Internet has aided in facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the United States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to United States citizens.

(4) While the United States must continue its vigilant efforts to combat international terrorism, it must also strengthen efforts to combat the threat posed by homegrown terrorists based and operating within the United States.

(5) Understanding the motivational factors that lead to violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence is a vital step toward eradicating these threats in the United States.

(6) Preventing the potential rise of self radicalized, unaffiliated terrorists domestically cannot be easily accomplished solely through traditional Federal intelligence or law enforcement efforts, and can benefit from the incorporation of State and local efforts.

(7) Individuals prone to violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence span all races, ethnicities, and religious beliefs, and individuals should not be targeted based solely on race, ethnicity, or religion.

(8) Any measure taken to prevent violent radicalization, homegrown terrorism, and ideologically based violence and homegrown terrorism in the United States should not violate the constitutional rights, civil rights, or civil liberties of United States citizens or lawful permanent residents.

Notice that in there they speak of violent behavior, violence, or threatened violence.  And they are also speaking of beliefs, thoughts, and ideas.  (Let’s ignore the *internet* portion of this bill for the moment.)  A belief, a thought, or an idea are not physical actions.  At best they can be statements of belief an individual makes, but never an action taken or threatened.  How does my belief in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, my Creator given inalienable rights, or moral integrity make me a terrorist?  I cannot morph an idea into an action unless I go from thinking to doing.  Nor would I EVER advocate violence unless there was NO OTHER recourse.

I find it incomprehensible that talking about The Constitution, The Bill of Rights, or any other founding document, could EVER be considered violent radical behavior. Yet the puppet masters pull the strings and the puppets dance to their tune calling us terrorists.

“And that the said Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press, or the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms; or to raise standing armies, unless necessary for the defense of the United States, or of some one or more of them; or to prevent the people from petitioning, in a peaceable and orderly manner, the federal legislature, for a redress of grievances; or to subject the people to unreasonable searches and seizures of their persons, papers or possessions.”

– Samuel Adams, Debates of the Massachusetts Convention of 1788

Yet Congress has, is and will do just that if the money men have their say.  H.R. 875, S.425, H.R. 1955 are all examples of this.  H. R. 3162 The Patriot Act contains some of the most damning of these offenses.  Slowly but surely we are morphing into a society of the Police State where even thoughts can cause you to become a criminal or terrorist. What has become of the moral integrity of Congress, the office of the President and Vice President?  Puppets on strings all of them. Driven by greed and fueled by the idea that they are in charge.

And now, there is H.R. 1366.  What?  Haven’t heard of it?  You will in my next post. Do you understand the difference between FORCED Service and Voluntary Service???

How could those WE the PEOPLE elected and trusted with our affairs so betray us?  WHY did they betray us?  Because of money.  It has been, and always will be, the root of all evil.  Evil men plot to overthrow this country.  Evil men line the pockets of our Congress men and women to betray us.  And the evil they do will one day be called to account.  This is a prediction, not a call for violence.

“Politics is supposed to be the second oldest profession. I have come to realize that it bears a very close resemblance to the first.”

Former President Ronald Reagan

In this quote from former President Ronald Reagan we see the extent to which money and power have come together.  The result is a prostitution of our government.  It is not We the People who have changed, it is the greedy men and women of Congress and the Presidential office which have turned traitor and tyrant.

To hide their shame from themselves they turn on We the People screaming,” You!  You are a terrorist!”  “If not for YOU we would be living in paradise!”  But we know better.  We see Congress taking blood money.  We see those running for President taking blood money, being groomed, performing for their masters!  You cannot hide your shame from us.  And that is why we are called terrorists, because we threaten to expose the puppet masters for what they really are.  But we are not puppets and we are awakening!

God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion.  The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty…  And what country can preserve its liberties, if it’s rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.

Thomas Jefferson 3rd President of these united States

Thomas Jefferson knew this day would come.  Many other Presidents have also foreseen and forewarned of the dangers posed by those who sit in shadows and attempt to manipulate the world and our country to her downfall through the use of financial donations with strings.

Amendment 1 – Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The Constitution does protect the freedom of speech of every citizen, and even of non-citizens — but only from restriction by the Congress (and, by virtue of the 14th Amendment, by state legislatures, too). There are plenty of other places where you could speak but where speech can and is suppressed. For example, freedom of speech can be and often is restricted in a work place, for example: employers can restrict your right to speak in the work place about politics, about religion, about legal issues, even about Desperate Housewives. The same restrictions that apply to the government do not apply to private persons, employers, or establishments. For another example, the government could not prohibit the sale of any newspaper lest it breech the freedom of the press. No newsstand, however, must carry every paper against its owners’ wishes.

According to the First Amendment to the Constitution, Congress is breaking the law by passage of these bills, or in attempting to pass them.  No wonder Congress has had to designate those who uphold and believe in the Constitution as traitors or radical and homegrown terrorists.  No wonder they must point their fingers at us. Yet a wise man once said that for every finger you point at your enemy, there are three pointing back at you.  Those in Congress had best not look in the mirror, it will show them their fears personified.

But the chilling question is; Will the military, the police, and others agency’s  like the FBI, turn against the citizens of this country in order to enforce laws that are patently illegal? That right there is the million dollar question.  And while not fair that the funds of a few can buy the loyalty of Congress and the Administration, that is exactly what has happened.  Assume the police and other agencies will enforce these illegal laws and prepare for the worst.

It isn’t fair that those citizens who were hired for law enforcement be placed in the middle and so forced to turn on their fellow citizens if they want to keep their jobs.  It is Congress and the Administration who are the traitors, the tyrants, and the terrorists within our midst and should be arrested instead.  It is NOT We the People or those who profess loyalty to their country or by upholding the Constitution.

“All that is necessary for evil to triumph, is for good men to do nothing”

Edmund Burke  1729-1797

This has proven to be very true.  We have been lazy, forgetful of what our founding fathers worked so hard for.  For too long we have taken our freedom for granted, and now there is a movement afoot to destroy the very foundation of freedom.  We have been lax, asleep at the wheel, and it has nearly cost us everything.  No wonder those that seek our destruction try to make us seem the enemy, call us terrorists, and seek our imprisonment.  To silence those who would speak the truth, and perhaps, waken others to resistance.
