The purpose of ANY government is to protect YOUR RIGHTS. Why else do we have governments? Is it only to keep anarchy at bay? No, it is to protect the citizen from abuses. The Constitution says,” to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men.” If there are no problems, who needs government? But when we disagree, when damage is done to property, THAT’S when government should step in. NOT before…

If you have a right to something, you do not need permission. This is one of the fundamental abuses our government is now using to make each one of us their property. Consider this: If you have a right to keep and bear arms, (no permission needed), then why would you need a carry and conceal permit? We have the triangle in the circle situation again. If you have a right by your Creator to do something, there is no higher power to ask. Government is trying to steal OUR RIGHTS away by demanding you purchase a conceal/carry permit. Round hole, square peg… This is a contradiction in terms.

For example: Our Founding Fathers did not have gun permits, and in fact, it was mandatory they carry them. They set up the Constitution to mirror their ways of thinking and living. They knew that laws would be obeyed only by good citizens while criminals would ignore them. So their intention was to protect the rights of citizens, (Creator given rights,) through the Constitution. George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Jefferson Monroe did not have to carry gun permits.

So when did the first gun permit get written and why? Just after the war between the States or the civil war. Remember, if you have a right to something you don’t need permission. White people had rights, black people didn’t. (No offense is meant to people of color here) The thoughts were that if you had kept black people as slaves, (living under whips and chains), and now you were going to give them guns, this might not be such a good idea. Black people, might be a tad bit upset with us white folks! (hmmm, ya think???) So blacks were given PRIVILEGES, NOT RIGHTS according to the 13th Amendment! I’ll go into this a bit later in more detail.

This is also where marriage licenses came from. Before this no one needed a marriage license. And even then, they were only to allow whites and blacks to marry! If two WHITE people wanted to get married and have children, they had a RIGHT,(Creator given not Constitutional), to do that! And, if two blacks wished to get together and have kids we didn’t care about that either. (Think animal husbandry here.) Licenses came into effect then to inhibit the mixing of the races. The first licenses were PERMISSIONS for interracial marriages!

According to Black’s Law Dictionary 3rd Edition (1870s) the definition of Marriage License is:

A license or permission granted by public authority to persons who intend to intermarry.

Obviously this was working so well that after a while government told EVERYONE they had to have a marriage license! But why? It isn’t necessary. If you have to ask permission for something, you no longer have the RIGHT to it! Think about this carefully. By asking permission to do something you are, in effect, saying you are giving up your rights to do as your Creator gave you the RIGHT to do…

A contract usually contains at least two people. In a marriage contract you have the man and woman AND THE STATE OR USA GOVERNMENT! The state is there giving you permission! If they are giving you permission you have given away your RIGHT (Creator given) to do this by yourselves! Why? Because you ASKED for PERMISSION to marry, (by getting a State authorized license to marry). Three entities have, therefore, entered into this marriage contract. This authorizes the State, which has a vested interest in the outcome of the marriage, the power to oversee the marriage. And the outcome of the marriage is children. The state then becomes co-owners of your future children! (Yup, I fell for this one too!)

This is how social workers can come to your door and take your children away under the guise of you not being a good parent! The vested interest the State has in your marriage extends to your children. By asking permission of the State to marry, you are asking their permission to monitor your lives and the lives of your children. In effect, the State OWNS your children! You gave up your RIGHTS when you asked permission to marry…

The State’s co-ownership of your children allows them to demand that you send your children to school. And they can take them away if you do not do so. They can also demand that anyone teaching their children at home meet certain qualifications, qualifications THEY set. The government wants THEIR children in THEIR schools!

When two people just decide to cohabitate without a marriage license you wind up in a COMMON LAW MARRIAGE. Common Law is based on property and is LEGAL from the moment two people decide to enter into the contract together WITHOUT asking for permission from ANY State agency! Common Law is what Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, etc. had for laws. Article 3 of the Constitution covers this and will be gotten to later on in this Lessons of the Constitution.

Michigan has done away with Common Law Marriage which is AGAINST your Creator Given Rights, it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Michigan is violating the laws of God through this legislative process. Should the People of Michigan wise up to what their government has done, they may decide to scrap it and start anew…

Now we come to another concept, the concept of Sovereignty. What is it? Sovereignty is the idea that you don’t have to ask permission. You ARE the top dog and no one comes higher. You are the sole responsible party in any decision you make, responsible for the consequences also.

Sovereignty is defined as:

The status, dominion, power or authority of a Sovereign, royalty, supreme or independent power or authority in government.

The quality or state of being sovereign.

Rightful status, independence, or prerogative.

The concept of sovereignty came about during the time of Kings. We learned to understand the term from being citizens of England and subjects of the King there. Our Founding Fathers wanted to make sure that each and every Citizen here was a Sovereign Citizen, a complete power and authority unto themselves with no need to ever ask permission of another ever again! A King had absolute power, absolute authority, he asked permission of no-one! But where did a King get his sovereignty? From the Creator of course. To understand this better simply look up The Divine Right of Kings on the internet. There is tons of information on it there.

The Divine Right of Kings is a general term that refers to the philosophy and ideas used to justify the authority and legitimacy of monarchs in medieval and early modern Europe. The doctrine broadly holds that a monarch derives his or her right to rule from the will of God, and not from any temporal authority, including the will of his subjects, the aristocracy, or any other estate of the realm. Chosen by God, a monarch is accountable only to Him, and need answer only before God for his actions.

According to this definition, the King had ALL the Rights and only granted PRIVILEGES to his subjects. As subjects to King George, we came here to this country and set up housekeeping. We were still his subjects, still under his authority, still subject to his taxation policies whether fair or not. Eventually we got tired of it and got together and signed the Declaration of Independence, an open letter to King George saying we are no longer YOUR subjects! We told King George we were SOVEREIGN and independent. He couldn’t control us any more! We were FREE.

With the Declaration of Independence we also acquired allodial title to North America. Previously it had belonged to the King because we were his subjects.

Definition of Allodial Title is:

Allodial title is a concept in some systems of property law. It describes a situation where real property (land, buildings and fixtures) is owned free and clear of any encumbrances, including liens, mortgages and tax obligations. Allodial title is inalienable, in that it cannot be taken by any operation of law for any reason whatsoever.

In common legal use, allodial title is used to distinguish absolute ownership. of land by individuals from feudal ownership, where property ownership is dependent on relationship to a lord or the sovereign. Webster’s first dictionary (1825 ed) says allodium is “land which is absolute property of the owner, real estate held in absolute independence, without being subject to any rent, service, or acknowledgment to a superior. By severing our ties with King George we declared ourselves SOVEREIGN CITIZENS! We cut out the one person who stood between us and God. We took all the power unto ourselves and we are NOT about to give it back to ANY government here today!

Now, this was so unheard of that we had to go and explain it to England. William Pitt was one of those we sent to England, to the House of Commons, (Parliament), to explain the situation. No one had EVER done anything like this before, it was totally unheard of.

William Pitt said in explanation:

“The poorest man may, in his cottage, bid defiance to all the forces of the Crown. It may be frail, its roof may shake; the wind may blow through it; the storm may enter, the rain may enter — but the King of England cannot enter; all his force dares not cross the threshold of the ruined tenement!”

This made clear to the King and to the House of Commons that these united States were Sovereign and the King of England had no authority over us. Today there are over 281,421,906 Sovereign citizens, (Kings and Queens), in these united States! If I own the land I make the laws governing it.

Now, the Constitution says “We the People ordain and establish the Constitution. And when We the People established the Constitution, WE CREATED Congress. If we created Congress, WHO WORKS FOR WHO? Do we work for Congress? NO! Congress works for WE the People!

There is a presumption of law that predates the Magna Carta of 1215. Even before the Magna Carta it was understood that THE CREATED CAN NEVER BE HIGHER THAN THE CREATOR! Since WE THE PEOPLE created Congress, it cannot be more powerful THAN WE ARE! Congress would have you believe otherwise though… When my daughter used to misbehave badly I would tell her there would never come a day when I could not take her out of this world just as I had brought her into it. In this same respect, Congress was INVENTED by We the People. It is OUR Creation. If We the People do not like Congress, we can take them out < snaps fingers > just like that!

However, being truly free is not for everyone. Most people aren’t interested in being free. They seem to like the idea of the government telling them what to do and when, how much to weigh, what to eat, whether or not to smoke, what is healthy, etc. while at the same time the government manipulates them by manipulating data and numbers to suit their, (governments), purposes. Most people do not have the Sovereign Mentality. Those of us who stand up for our RIGHTS, (Creator Given), are Sovereign Individuals with the Sovereign Mentality. We believe that freedom is WORTH the cost at any price!

Then there is Financial Sovereignty. That is where you get all that you own to be untouchable and protected FROM the government, (the bad guys who would take your stuff and make it theirs). Last of all is physical Sovereignty. You may only be Sovereign over a quarter acre, but over that quarter acre of ground you hold ALL the Rights and privileges of a King or Queen. We were there in the beginning of this country and we are struggling to get back there again. Some people may not want to struggle as hard as they have to in order to gain total Sovereignty.

A question for you…

If We the People are Sovereign, do we have the authority to violently overthrow the government if necessary? In the united States today this is a dangerous question to even ask let alone consider. Our government labels us extremists, radicals, possibly even terrorists, and yet it is the government which is acting as the terrorist with laws such as FISA, IRS, and the Federal Reserve Bank. It is government propaganda which makes us believe that fighting for our Creator Given Rights makes us terrorists.

When Patrick Henry said, “Give me liberty or give me death,” he was showing us the lengths to which he and others were willing to commit themselves in order to obtain their Creator Given Rights. Their Unalienable Rights.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–

We are seeing many usurpations and abuses by government right now. Those in whom we have put faith and trust have become despots, attempting to subvert the Constitution by whatever means possible and lying to our faces about it. And, just as the King of England created unfair taxes, enacted laws without allowing us representation, so now those we have elected are working against us and for corporations. Shall we let our founding fathers down now? Shall we let those who will betray us take us into bondage in the new world order? Think again about Obama and McCain and their V.P. nominees. Same old, same old. By now it SHOULD be clear that the only difference between the two camps is how they word things, not where they would take this country…

  2. I get most of my pictures from Wikipedia. They have licensing agreements which allow you to copy and use their pictures free of charge.

  3. I’m very glad you liked it. I found it to be absolutely fascinating watching the videos. These just take a long time to write up, even if I only write up a very small part of what is there to learn.
