Learning The Constitution Part 1

I’ve been learning about the Constitution, what it means and what it doesn’t mean. It has been an education and one that is only just beginning. The biggest favor you can do yourself is to click on this link (here) to educate yourself. This video class taught by Michael Badnarik is absolutely amazing! You will learn more than you can imagine even if this is only an introductory class! Did you know Michael Badnarik ran for president in 2004? I didn’t. It goes to show you just how bad the media is and has been for a long time.

For those of you having problems reading this text, please place your cursor over the text and hold down the control key on your keyboard, (CTRL), and with the wheel of your mouse, roll the wheel towards yourself. This will increase the text size.

The first thing that is obvious is that this flag is upside down. That is a sign of distress and urgency which I feel is justified considering what Congress, the bush administration (and previous administrations), and judges, etc. are doing to our country. The following blog articles will be an attempt to educate you so that you understand what your rights are and what they aren’t.

The videos referenced are long, at least 51 plus minutes each so be prepared to sit down and watch for a while. As it is, these videos only scratch the surface of these issues. It is imperative that you educate yourself because our government is doing everything it can to make sure you remain ignorant. If you do not know your rights, they can walk all over you and you won’t know they are violating them.

One of the biggest sources of disinformation going out from the government and media is the constant linking of the United States of America with democracy. The United States is NOT a Democracy. As proof you need only look to the Pledge of Allegiance:

pledge_large.jpg (166575 bytes)

As you can see it clearly states that we are a REPUBLIC NOT a Democracy! Just one of many examples of how our government, with media’s help, is lying to us. You see, in a democracy the will of the many is always the law. Our founding Fathers knew that this resulted in tyranny.

The definition of a Republic is:

A state or nation in which the supreme power rests in all the citizens entitled to vote. This power is exercised by representatives elected, directly or indirectly, by them and responsible to them.

The definition of Democracy is:

James Madison gets us started conceptualizing federal democracy in explaining the difference between a democracy and a Republic:

“The true distinction between these forms… is, that in a democracy, the people meet and exercise the government in person; in a Republic they assemble and administer it by their representatives and agents. A democracy consequently will be confined to a small spot. A Republic may be extended over a large region.”

Right now our country is being administered to as though it were a democracy with the power held in one small area and moving outward from there. This is NOT how it was meant to be.

Our government, those we have trusted and elected to see to our needs, to protect us and our Constitution, are lying to us, turning our government into a democracy and, therefore, destroying what was the original intent of our Founding Fathers. Our government is guilty of conspiracy, lies, deceit, tyranny, and those in power should be imprisoned and/or executed. ALL OF THEM! Even our Judicial system has been infiltrated and subverted. Cases in point are Ramos and Compean and David Olofson versus Scooter Libby.

You also need to know the difference between a RIGHT and a PRIVILEGE. Rights stem from ownership, from our Creator, from something that is yours and it cannot be taken away except by force of arms. Your God-given rights are yours by being born, not mandated by a Constitution or a body of legislators.

Rights are defined as:

A power, privilege, faculty or demand that is inherent in one person and incident in another.

It is generally defined as powers of free action, something you have the sovereign authority to do because there is no higher authority to get permission from.

You are endowed by your Creator with certain unalienable rights. YOU DON”T have to ASK!!!

Privilege is defined as:

A particular or peculiar advantage enjoyed by a person, company, or class beyond the common advantage of other citizens.

A particular right, advantage, exception, power, franchise, or immunity held by a person or class not generally possessed by others.

A temporary authority granted to you by someone else at a higher authority.

Rights are associated with property and responsibility. Our Founding Fathers made sure that we were guaranteed our rights through our Creator, not given them by ANY government and not by our Constitution! WE THE PEOPLE GRANT GOVERNMENT PRIVILEGES! And we can REVOKE those Privileges!!! This is the exact opposite of what the government wants you to believe.

In this same respect our rights cannot be taken from us through the acts of legislation. Instead, those who seek to take our freedoms from us betray themselves for the criminals they are. All those who voted for FISA are criminals and this includes Barack Obama! John McCain took the cowards path and didn’t vote at all. I consider him guilty of negligence and dereliction of duty at the very least. As I have said all along, these two candidates do not deserve so lofty a position when from the onset they have betrayed this country and We the People in order to profit for themselves!

Any legislation which is unconstitutional remains unconstitutional from the moment it is conceived, not from the time it is withdrawn or overturned. Legislation such as the new FISA act which clearly violates our 1st and 4th Amendments and our UNALIENABLE RIGHTS are still UN-constitutional even though the law was passed. They remain acts of tyranny and oppression by a government run amok. They remain UNLAWFUL, no matter how often we are told by some guy in government who says he has the authority to do so!

In any question of whether something is a right or a privilege, simply ask yourself, WHO OWNS THE PROPERTY?

Rights cannot be granted. It would be like trying to fit a triangle into a circle. It just doesn’t fit. The shapes do NOT match. And since WE the People grant our government PRIVILEGES, we can withdraw them, change them, revoke them, but the government CANNOT do that with our rights. NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY WISH TO CONVINCE YOU OTHERWISE!!!

Alienable Rights or Unalienable Rights?

The correct wording is UNALIENABLE. It means that there can never be a lien taken out on these and therefore the rights CANNOT be revoked. For this, Wikipedia does have a good explanation:

“Alienable” legally is something that can have a lien placed on it and thus that lien can be revoked, a-lien-able. Therefore, if something is in-a-lien-able condition that condition can be revoked. If something is un-a-lien-able “unalienable”, no lien can ever be placed on it in the first place.

The correct word is “unalienable“. The differences of these two words is vast and profound. Accepting the term inalienable literally means accepting the complete rule of another.

Our Founding Fathers knew exactly which word to use when they put together our Constitution. They wanted to make sure that our rights were protected and no government that got out of hand could revoke or remove these rights as the bush administration has tried to do. Our rights are UNALIENABLE, they came from our Creator, they were not granted to us by some proclamation or law or even the Constitution and they cannot be revoked by any proclamation, executive order, or law that is passed. ANY ATTEMPT TO DO SO IS ILLEGAL AND AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! By doing so, it gives us grounds to impeach or remove those in government who have tried to take away our rights… Do you understand the implications here?

If we allow ourselves to believe that our rights are granted to us by the Constitution, then we are doomed to loose them. If we understand they come from a higher power than man, we can never be stripped of them, no matter how evil or corrupt our government becomes.

An excellent piece written about the Constitution and our Creator/God can be found HERE:

Here is a brief excerpt:

In determining the extent the framers mirrored the laws of Creation in both the Declaration and then subsequently in the Constitution, we may expectantly look to the actual text of those documents. An examination of the Declaration and federal Constitution’s text reveals that in its most basic sense the Constitution was designed to carry into effect the principles of the Declaration (which in turn were a finite expression of the Creation law of God).

The Declaration articulated five derivative principles of the laws of nature and of nature’s God. They are, first, that people are all created by God, and that by virtue of this circumstance are therefore entitled to be treated equally before the law. Second, all people are endowed by God with certain unalienable rights. Third, the people are also endowed with the right to govern themselves according to their written consent. Fourth, the people retain the right to alter or abolish an unlawful form of government as an exercise of self-government. Fifth, the people are free to organize the civil government’s powers in such a way as to secure their happiness.

So tell me, are you happy right now? Is your government serving your interests? The mortgage crisis was manufactured and our government is doing nothing to help us. The gas crisis is manufactured and our government is doing nothing to help us. They had the answer in the electric cars, (EV1), but the auto industry decided they didn’t like that and so killed them. (See cable Who Killed The Electric Car?) Our dependence on foreign oil could have been much reduced, our economy strengthened, so much so that the oil companies fought back, and our government folded…

Benjamine Rush said back in 1786:

“Education is favorable to liberty. Freedom can only exist in a society of knowledge. Without learning, men are incapable of knowing their rights. And where learning is confined to a few people, liberty can neither be equal nor unilateral.”

Daniel Webster said:

“I apprehend no danger to our country from a foreign foe. Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government. From their carelessness and negligence I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants, and fail, properly, to scrutinize their conduct. That in this way, they may be made the dupes of designing men and become the instruments of their own undoing.

Make them intelligent and they will be vigilant. Give them the means of detecting the wrong and they will apply the remedy.

Daniel Webster recognized that the danger to us came from within, not from some foreign power, not from somewhere else, but from those who wanted/craved power and were willing to do anything to gain it, including betray country and kin. And as we look around us today those fears have been realized.

Most of what you THINK you know about the United States of America is wrong. For example, if you believe that the Declaration of Independence was signed on July 4, 1776 you are wrong. Its final authorized form was on that date, but it wasn’t formally signed until August 2, 1776. This is just one example of what you think you know versus what actually happened. When you take something for truth that isn’t truth, you start to accept things that are not real and never were.

Why do you think they don’t teach American History anymore in school? Because American History teaches us about such things as the Constitution, our foundations, etc. What it doesn’t have correct is why some of our wars occurred. But history is always written by the victors and is the perception of man and therefore fallible.

Up until the board of Education was introduced, American’s rated number 1 in the world in terms of education. Now we are so far down the list as to not be noticeable. What happened? A government program was introduced which was designed to dumb down the American Public. Here is an excerpt from an incredible book where someone who knows blew the whistle!

When I first saw the volume, it was intimidating by its size (8 1/2″ by 11″ and quite heavy). However, the book is attractively laid out and invites readers to discover what has been happening to American education for the past 100 years — all with quotes from those “change agents” who deliberately set out to have schools changed from individual excellence in becoming educated to groups being trained to think alike and, rather than following the personal goals for life, being readied to walk in lockstep with those who want a one-world government with compliant serfs. (Slaves in case it isn’t clear!)

If you are too dumb to know what is happening to you why wouldn’t you jump and cheer for a corporate candidate such as Barack Obama and John McCain? That’s what they want you to do so it is the LAST THING you should do. But dumb and dumber are large and in charge! Maybe it is too late for a post like this?

Back to the Constitution, property, and Rights of We the People…

John Adams wrote:

“The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence”

At every turn our government is seeking to take away our rights to property. Your right to own property comes from the Creator. It is not granted to you through the Constitution or your government. However, your government is seeking to turn you into a slave by making YOU property of the government. There is proof out there, but you must do the research as I have these past weeks. Most will be too lazy to do so and are slaves of the government already. They have the slave mentality even though they do not realize it. Globalism is slavery for the masses on a grand scale. Anyone who pushes or believes in globalism is either a slave or a master elite. I choose to be neither but simply FREE!

Watch the video in the link at the beginning of this post. Your eyes will be opened as never before.

Benjamin Franklin By Jean Baptise Greuze

Benjamin Franklin By Jean Baptise Greuze

Benjamin Franklin said:

Sell not virtue to purchase wealth, nor Liberty to purchase power.

Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.

The second variant was used as a motto on the title page of An Historical Review of the Constitution and Government of Pennsylvania. (1759) This book was published by Franklin; its author was Richard Jackson, but Franklin did claim responsibility for some small excerpts

Our current and past government has sold us out and needs to be replaced. It has bent knee and given lip service to the cocks of the bankers who wish to own the world under the guise of such institutions as the United Nations, New World Order and the Organization of American States, (OAS). Each American must ask themselves if they are slave or free and if they are willing to pay the cost FOR freedom?

  1. The more I find out about the continual plot to take over the money supply of this country by the psychologically challenged few — and how they have always profited from wars here and abroad for a very long time — and how they have always had operatives working to their means within our Government from day ONE — and how our founders DID NOT form a PERFECT UNION FOR ALL but rather for business and slave owners — and how they were part of a genocide of the original peoples of this country — and, and, and, and, the list goes on… The more I realize that we have an even bigger task ahead of us.

Not only do we have to take back this government from those who have hijacked it, but we NEED to right the wrongs for all and FORM A MORE PERFECT UNION FOR ALL PEOPLE No matter the color, no matter the gender, no matter the superficial class or differences and we need to do it with honor and dignity by acknowledging the truth. Everyone needs to wake up for this to happen and wake up quickly! Time is not something that should be wasted as the enemy gathers more strength. ~ God Help Us!

  2. I think our founding fathers did the best they could at the time and with everything they had to deal with. Not all were in agreement with slavery to begin with, but having a free country meant that they allowed and encouraged a free society. What was then cannot be undone today. Yet we have made great strides in dealing with our prejudices and other problems. What we must do today is just as hard as what they did in their day…

  3. For a country that was built on the principles of freedom and equality for all, we have come a long way. Political corruption and hypocrisy are the new governing laws of the U.S.A.

  4. That’s true, the only moral leaders of america were the founding fathers of america, the theologies have deteriated and that’s really bad. The people need to step up to the gov’t.

  5. We were lucky to have many great thinkers and human beings in the early part of this country’s history. One can only hope some sanity returns. However, as I watch the fools who jump up and down, cheer and swoon at the DNC I have grave doubts about the ability of this country to continue.

Watching as peaceful protesters in Denver were harassed by police in an attempt to force them away from the convention violating their rights to gather freely and peacefully, I have to wonder if there is any sanity left in this country. Surely the police have lost perspective.

  6. Ben Franklin, was a great Human being ,it is rare to meet a man with his quality from a book prespective.
