While it must be grand to live in an ivory tower, I’ve found that living in the real world can be much more challenging.  Here I need to pay attention to what is going on around me and take steps to defend what I believe in.  Those content to stick their heads in the sand, I pity.  When their world finally crashes down around them their stunned amazement will leave little room for coping.

Obama’s numbers continue to plummet.  Yesterday I saw he was at -22.  That is a 5 point drop since the beginning of last week when it was at -17.  The small chips around the edges of the Obama mystique have turned to cracks and now have reached the point of splinters and fractures.  Just 18 months into his presidency, (cough), and he is a failure of epic proportions.

Since the beginning of the Obama Administration on January 20, 2009, ordinary Americans have financed and been exposed to an unprecedented number of public relations and propaganda efforts. Federal spending for public relations contracts rose to historically-high levels during the Bush Administration. Under one-party rule in 2009, the White House used the machinery of the Obama campaign to tout the President’s agenda through inappropriate and sometimes unlawful public relations and propaganda initiatives. Congress buoyed the Administration’s propaganda efforts by increasing federal spending on public relations for the first time since 2005.

The Obama Administration frequently used federal resources to promote the President’s agenda. In many cases, the Administration relied on the reach and resources of federal agencies and their personnel to promote certain of the President’s favorite programs. The White House also leveraged ties to the arts and entertainment community to embed propaganda in the content of television programming and artwork. These propaganda efforts violated appropriations riders and federal law prohibiting the use of appropriated funds for publicity or propaganda purposes.

The White House also used its inherent visibility advantages to multiply the effectiveness of websites containing misleading and controversial information. The White House used its resources to push visitors to websites that urge grassroots activism based on false and misleading information. The President’s right to sell his policy recommendations to Congress and the public is not disputed;however,using the resources of the federal government to activate a sophisticated propaganda and lobbying campaign is an abuse of office and a betrayal of the President’s pledge to create “an unprecedented level of openness in Government.”1

Instead of facilitating openness, the public relations and propaganda activities of the White House have had precisely the opposite effect. The Government Accountability Office (GAO) has historically deemed activities involving “covert propaganda” to be unlawful. In those cases, the source of the public relations or propaganda materials did not disclose his or her identity as a federal employee or contractor. Many of the Obama Administration’s propaganda activities are unlawful because they are covert. Furthermore, several programs closely resemble those decried by Democrats and ruled unlawful by GAO during the Bush Administration.

This report examines several of the most visible public relations and propaganda efforts during the first year of the Obama Administration. Viewed collectively, these activities reveal an Administration better suited to campaign-style self-promotion than to providing transparent and honest leadership.

The report continues in this vein for a total of 37 pages. That much illegal activity should be grounds for impeachment don’t you think?   And I didn’t even copy the total executive summary, only a portion of it.

The report goes on to accuse the acting POTUS of “self-aggrandizement” and “puffery” of the agency and its personnel. It also claims that this was done in order to promote one political party and that the propaganda was covert in nature since it never disclosed that it was government appropriations which paid for them. In other words, your and my tax dollars paid for being spammed with messages promoting the desires of the acting POTUS.  Oh, my…!

Now we know why all those Hollywood Stars were jumping to the Obaminator’s defense and calling us all racists!  He paid them to do so.  Naughty, naughty.  Caught with their nickers down on this one.  And the same goes for lame stream media.  Wonder how they will spin this one?  He didn’t mean it?  It was a serious mistake?  He didn’t know this was illegal?  I’m sure we’ll all swallow those excuses…NOT!

The Obaminator is accused in the report of violating the following programs:

2. The Department of Justice
3. Office of Education
4. Federal workforce

6. Other abuses

Some may claim that because this is done by Republicans, it doesn’t have the same impact that it might otherwise have had it been done by democrats.  I say if the charges weren’t real, regardless of who created the report, then they would not have stuck their congressional necks on the chopping block to say so.

The Department of Health and Human services paid out over $700,000.00 of YOUR MONEY to run an ad with Andy Griffith promoting Obamacare which ran during the month of July.

It is truly sickening to see a childhood icon like Andy Griffith used to promote propaganda that targeted me and millions like me.  I don’t blame Andy Griffith.  There isn’t much work for someone who is 84 years young…

Scathing Congress report slams Obama’s ‘covert, criminal activity’

An advance pre-publication copy of the report, shared by Issa’s Washington office with WND, accuses the White House of nothing short of criminal activity. It charges the Obama administration with violating federal laws to advance what the Government Accounting Office has characterized as an unlawful “covert campaign,” using federal resources “to activate a sophisticated propaganda and lobbying campaign.”

Pulling no punches, the Oversight Republican Report accuses the Obama White House of “violating federal law prohibiting the use of appropriated funds for publicity or propaganda purposes.”

This sure doesn’t leave any doubt as to why the acting POTUS numbers are dropping like a stone. I keep searching for a response from the White House but I’m not finding one. Apparently they haven’t come up with a good enough spin on this yet. Give them time and I’m sure they will.  I’ll bet it sucks to be Obama right now though.

The Horror Show … The employment situation in the United States is much worse than even the dismal numbers from last week’s jobless report would indicate. The nation is facing a full-blown employment crisis and policy makers are not responding with anything like the sense of urgency that is needed. The employment data for July, released by the government on Friday, showed that private employers added just 71,000 jobs during the month and that the unemployment rate remained flat at 9.5 percent. Free-Market Analysis: We’ve written about the difficulty of reigniting employment in the midst of a crack-up boom, and now even the New York Times is starting to come around to that point of view. For those conspiracy-minded folk that like to chant “out of chaos, order,” we want to point out as we have before that the power elite enjoys controlled chaos, not out-and-out chaos, which is unpredictable and can turn violent. Unemployment on a vast scale is a real problem for the powers-that-be. Hence, Bob Herbert’s alarm.

The power elite has controlled society, certainly in the past 100 years, through the production and promotion of dominant social themes that have controlled people’s expectations and behaviors even though the subjects themselves thought they were reaching their conclusions voluntarily. That flat rate of 9.5 percent doesn’t account for all those who have fallen off the unemployment rolls. You can only collect unemployment for so many weeks, then you are done. Want welfare to help pay bills and keep your family fed? Well, you will have a better chance if you are of illegal alien, but it is possible with continued tries…  Bragging right Obama?  I’m not impressed.  Anyone out there who is???  So I ask again, just what planet does this Obaminator live on???  He wants to make sure that we are on Earth while he is off on Mars…

More conflicts of interest issues surround Obama and his choices of representation.  Conflicts of interest and ethical behavior are a plague of this administration.

It used to be that we could count on the fraud and death administration to work FOR our health.  At least that is what they were tasked with doing. Today we know the fraud and death administration only cares about their clients, the uber big drug cartels, better known as Big Pharma.  I call them cartels because they are creating drugs which kill.  The drug cartels of Mexico kill.  Where is the difference?  So being on the fraud and death administration’s hit list means that they don’t want you to have something potentially good for you.  Miracle Mineral Solution has earned the distinction of being at the top of the FDA hit list .

Consider what the fraud and death administration has to lose by consumers using this product.  The loss of revenue for their “clients,” big pharma is staggering.  No wonder they don’t want us to have it.  Imagine being able to actually be cured of cancer, tumors, abscesses, vaccine induced H1N1, or HIV?  CURED!  Not dependent on big pharma for pills that won’t cure, only relieve SYMPTOMS!

I refuse to be a slave to big pharma’s poison pills.  I reject the claims of the fraud and death administration that says they know what is in my best interests when in reality it is what is good for them and their clients.  You do what you like, this is MY ROAD.  I do not make recommendations for anyone else.

It is interesting to read the wording of the FDA’s warning:

MMS claims to treat multiple unrelated diseases, including HIV, hepatitis, the H1N1 flu virus, common colds, acne, cancer, and other conditions. The FDA is not aware of any research that MMS is effective in treating any of these conditions. MMS also poses a significant health risk to consumers who may choose to use this product for self-treatment instead of seeking FDA-approved treatments for these conditions.

We all know how well the fraud and death approved drugs do for those suffering from cancer or tumors.  A patients life might be prolonged for a while with these drugs, but the cure rate is so low it is more luck than the actual drugs themselves.  Most of us have been forced to educate ourselves on health matters since what the fraud and death administration approves does little if anything to help us.

Approved FDA drugs such as Avandia have been killing diabetics for as many years as the drug has been on the market, the FDA is only now issuing a warning 11 years AFTER the fact.  It wasn’t until severe pressure was put on the FDA that it even issued the warning.  Trust the fraud and death administration?  I don’t think so!  There is nothing the FDA has done in the past 10 years that inspires any confidence in me.

Yet the fraud and death administration has said that this is safe for us to use in our toothpaste and our drinking water. Obama and DHS Abandon United States Border Defense

I’ve been saying for months now that there is no sign of border enforcement coming out of the border patrol or ICE lately.  What busts are happening concern drugs and united States Citizens, nothing about securing our borders.  Obama is accused of holding the Southern Border Hostage so he can ram amnesty down our throats.  Now, ICE employees have voted unanimously “NO CONFIDENCE” in Director Morton and Assistant Director Coven.  The union representing the agents says that Obama and DHS have “abandoned its core mission of protecting the public to support a political agenda favoring amnesty.“

In effect, Obama has betrayed the trust American’s placed in him to lead this country to safety and security.  Impeachment is not a question any longer, it is mandated by the Constitution and the laws currently on the books.  Time to unseat a traitor to the united States.

The States within our union have several choices in dealing with this forced acceptance of illegal activity by the acting POTUS.  There is the Nullify act under the 10th Amendment.

ICE Agents Vote ‘No Confidence’ in Leaders, Say Amnesty Coming

The union that represents rank-and-file field agents at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has unanimously passed a “vote of no confidence” for the agency’s leadership, saying ICE has “abandoned” its core mission of protecting the public to support a political agenda favoring amnesty.

The National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council of the American Federation of Government Employees, which represents 7,000 ICE agents and employees, voted 259-0 for a resolution saying there was “growing dissatisfaction and concern” over the leadership of Assistant Secretary John Morton, who heads ICE, and Phyllis Coven, assistant director for the agency’s office of detention policy and planning.

The statement issued by the union states the following reasons for the vote:

1. The majority of ICE’s enforcement and removal officers are prohibited from making street arrests or enforcing U.S. immigration laws outside of the jail setting.
2. Hundreds of ICE officers nationwide perform no law enforcement duties whatsoever because of resource mismanagement within the agency.
3. ICE detention reforms have transformed into a detention system aimed at providing resort like living conditions to criminal aliens based on recommendations not from ICE officers and field managers, but from “special-interest groups.” (Taxpayer funded of course JMT)
4. The lack of technical expertise and field experience has resulted in a priority of providing bingo nights, dance lessons and hanging plants to criminals, instead of addressing safe and responsible detention reforms for noncriminal individuals and families.
5. Unlike any other agency in the nation, ICE officers will be prevented from searching detainees housed in ICE facilities, allowing weapons, drugs and other contraband into detention centers — putting detainees, ICE officers and contract guards at risk.
6. Senior leadership ignores reports that ICE internal investigations by the office of professional responsibility conceal agency and supervisor misconduct and are used to retaliate against employees who make whistleblower-type disclosures or question inappropriate policies and procedures.

ICE’s Mission Melt: Agents Vote ‘No Confidence’ in Leadership

Providing numerous facts the media and public have not been privy to, the letter relates ICE leadership dishonesty and failure to abide by their oath to uphold the law. The letter also outlines the importance of local law enforcement referrals to ICE, and the striking symbiotic relationship between local enforcement and ICE on immigration matters. Exemplary are these two bullets:

• While ICE reports internally that more than 90 percent of ICE detainees are first encountered in jails after they are arrested by local police for criminal charges, ICE senior leadership misrepresents this information publicly in order to portray ICE detainees as being non-criminal in nature to support the Administration’s position on amnesty and relaxed security at ICE detention facilities.

Does anyone believe for one second that the Citizens of this country that are arrested by ICE for drug and other offenses get to stay in these resort jails? Not on your effing life! Obama to Bypass Congress and Grant Amnesty through Executive Fiat?

That’s funny, I don’t remember the POTUS having that right within the bounds of the Constitution.  In fact, it is patently illegal for him to do anything of the kind.  We’ve had numerous presidents conducting illegal activities and passing illegal laws through the equally illegal executive order farce.  This needs to stop and people need to know that just because they do it doesn’t mean it is legal even from the moment they sign them.

It used to be you could trust Consumer Reports and their offshoot Consumer Reports Health.org. But that is a thing of the past, at least if you value your health. The fraud and death administration (FDA) has been putting pressure on all sources to turn vitamins and supplements into drugs as a new source of money for their clients, Big Pharma. The fraud and death administration is determined that if they cannot get these supplements and vitamins for their clients that they will be discredited so that consumers won’t use them.

As I read the Consumer Reports Health.org report on these supplements, the first thing that struck me was the consistent use of “might or maybe.”  Any time I see these words I know that;

• The science behind this isn’t there
• The information is bogus
• There is an alterier motive behind the report
• Junk Science strikes again

This supposed report is full of these maybes and might cause.  Except for one conclusion every single one says “likely unsafe.”  On the one that is listed as unsafe, it refers to its usage in Hong Kong.   Seriously, do they expect us to swallow this bilge?  I called them up and told them what I thought of this report and that I WOULD NEVER LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY EVER HAD TO SAY AGAIN!  Period, end of discussion.  Consumer Reports no long exists to me.

It is the goal of the fraud and death administration to take supplements and vitamins away from consumers and replace them with drugs.  Doing so would destroy the health of our Citizens.  Our food is already so adulterated that it has lost most of its nutritional value and our bodies struggle to cope with this added assault on our systems.

Diseases which show genetic markers but can be linked to GMO’s are now making their appearance.  Macular Degeneration, is new.  It is so new that science hasn’t even finished studying what it is.  This is a clear sign our DNA is being changed by the gmo’s we are eating without our knowledge.  Ye the fraud and death administration is of the opinion that GM/GMO’s are equivalent to real food. These frankenfoods are NOT the same.  Not by any stretch of the imagination or the science behind the disturbing facts that GM/GMO’s alter our DNA and can be passed on to future generations.

Causing us health issues forces us to go to doctors that then write a prescription for drugs and the downward spiral of our health begins to rocket to the eventual death of the body.  These drugs kill 3,000 people each month and yet they are STILL on the market and being promoted.

Vitamins and supplements can stop may of these new conditions from ever appearing.  This doesn’t please Big Pharma, it doesn’t please the fraud and death administration.  So the assault on our lifesaving vitamins, herbs, and supplements will continue.

We Americans do love our dietary supplements. More than half of the adult population have taken them to stay healthy, lose weight, gain an edge in sports or in the bedroom, and avoid using prescription drugs. So I called Consumer Reports Health dot org at 1-800-274- 7596 and I told them just what I thought of their junk science.  I told them I would NEVER, EVER, believe a single thing they wrote about again.  That they had lost ALL credibility with me FOREVER!  I told them up front I didn’t have a subscription to their news letter, (if it can be called that), and the gal on the other end wasn’t pleased to hear what I had to say.  She did say she would pass it along though.

Biased and One-Sided Consumer Reports Article Attacks Supplements

Consumer Reports Health’s position seems to be that supplements generally are unsafe and unregulated. In fact, supplement are arguably the safest part of the food market, as we explained on June 1. And they are highly regulated, as we explained on July 13. The FDA may remove any unsafe, misbranded, or adulterated supplements from the market. It is charged with enforcing the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act, which holds supplement manufacturers to “good manufacturing practices” (industry standards for product quality); and it may take any necessary action based on adverse event reports. Both the FDA and the FTC also have to power to stop any fraudulent advertising.

Moreover, nowhere in the main article are the health benefits examined or weighed in a neutral fashion. They cite the Nutrition Business Journal’s figure of $26.7 billion in spending by Americans on supplements, without recognizing that the reason most people continue to take supplement is because they work—usually as supplements to diet, but often to improve health more effectively, more reliably, and more safely than prescription drugs.

UNDERSTANDING THE THREAT TO DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS

Your right to have free access to safe and highly effective dietary supplements is under an intense multi-pronged FDA attack. On May 14, 2007 the Supreme Court sided with the FDA by deciding not to hear the case of Nutraceutical v FDA, letting stand a federal appeals court ruling that permits the FDA to use drug-related risk/benefit analysis to determine if a nutrient is safe. This is the exact same point the FDA is trying to get put into law through Senate bill S.1082 and HR.1561, which consumers have flooded the Senate on over the past few weeks. And it is the same point the FDA is seeking to help implement on an international basis through Codex. The Supreme Court denial to hear this case is a dramatic turn of events that means there is very little time left to act to preserve free access to dietary supplements. The first part of this article explains this issue in depth so that Americans can understand what is taking place. The second part explains the steps Americans need to take to preserve their health freedom.

Leading health freedom attorney, Jonathan Emord, has been handling the Supreme Court petition for Nutraceutical Corporation. He has also been helping us prepare amendments to neutralize the threat posed by current FDA reform legislation (S.1082/HR.1561). These bills failed, as have others that have been introduced. But the fraud and death administration is not giving up. They will continue to peruse legislation to silence valuable health information as well as gain control over supplements and herbs. They have billions and billions of dollars to throw at legislators too.  Every penny that big pharma can put together will be thrown at our representatives in order to coerce them into destroying access to healthy alternatives to unhealthy drugs.

I maintain that the fraud and death administration is guilty of fraud, racketeering, and murder.  They are willing accomplices in promoting bad drugs such as Avandia which is linked to heart failure since 1 year after it hit the market with undeniable evidence.  The fraud and death administration covered it up, stalled for time, and as of this date, 12  years after Avandia’s release, there is only a warning on the fraud and death administration’s website.  Need more proof?  There is TONS of it on the web.

The side effects alone from most drugs manufactured today by Big Pharma are enough to make one think 10xs over about taking them.  Why would I want to take a medicine that will cause 5-10 problems just to alleviate 1?  Most asthma medicines out there will CAUSE an asthma attack.  They won’t tell you that!

The FDA Protects Big Pharma from Competition

The FDA was within their rights to send warning letters. True enough, some of these small companies had stepped over the line. Had they harmed anybody? Most of the nutrients in the products being offered actually have considerable science showing they may help diabetes. What is the FDA really afraid of? People getting better? People learning what options they have to the drug racket of the sickness industry? Maybe the FDA is trying to distract the public, portraying themselves as effective while they continue to this day to allow thousands of Americans to be injured and die in the name of profits for Bayer.

And what are these effective treatments? A commonly used FDA-approved diabetes drug, Actos, has been found to increase edema and heart failure and have no benefit to diabetic patients. Another diabetes drug, Metformin, is known to cause B12 deficiency that will certainly increase the risk for neuropathy. Then there is the expensive new diabetes drug, Januvia, expected to have sales of a billion dollars. Once again, the drug only treats symptoms and does not fix the cause of the problem. When doctors put patients on insulin to control type II diabetes the typical outcome is that blood sugar is lowered by stuffing calories into fat, a medical treatment that causes fatigue and further obesity. If we took the FDA statement about “bilking consumers” at face value many common FDA-approved diabetes treatments would need to be shut down. Is it any wonder individuals are desperately looking for help?

The fraud and death administration is a failed experiment. Not only are they incapable of doing the job they were designed to do, but they are more concerned with their own profit than any pretense to health advocacy. This agency needs to be fired and abolished! There is no hope of bringing the FDA into line. Sheriff Tony DeMeo knows where his authority comes from.  It comes from, and lays with, We the People.  This Sheriff is willing to put his whole force in direct conflict with federal bully boys who are seeking to illegally seize cattle and property away from the Citizens in his county.  Sheriff DeMeo is a hero of We the People.

On an almost daily basis there is one news article or another about the federal government overstepping its authority.  Most times and places the Sheriffs and other supposed defenders of the People roll over and the People are left defenseless against federal abuses.  But Sheriff DeMeo understands that his authority to enforce law and order is derived from the People he serves.  The federal government has forgotten this important fact.

Sheriff DeMeo is telling the feds to back the hell off or face the consequences.  In a case stretching back to 1991, the Hage family has faced illegal cattle seizures, attempted water rights confiscations, and abuse at the hands of federal agencies like Bureau of Land Management, (BLM), and U.S. Forest Service.

Nye County is huge!  The States of Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Delaware could fit inside with room to spare.  This creates a challenge for any law enforcement authority to protect and defend.  To have to do so from the illegal activities of the federal government makes it even more challenging.

Water rights in Nevada are more precious than gold in a state known to be dusty, dry and hot!  The cattle ranchers in Nevada need all the water rights they can lay their hands on.  But the federal bully boys are working hard to take from the Citizens what belongs to the Citizens.  Sheriff Tony DeMeo is standing in their way and welcomes the threat of arrest he has received from the feds.

The Hage Family has faced several illegal cattle confiscations as the BLM tries to seize water rights, gain control over law enforcement procedures and more.  :The courts have told the BLM and the U.S.FS that they do not have the authority to do these things.  It hasn’t stopped them from attempting these and other illegal activities such as cattle rustling.  Good thing for the feds this isn’t the wild west or they might be dead already.  Cattle rustling is cause for hanging!  Currently the courts have told the federal government they owe the Hage family estate over $4 Million Dollars in damages.  The feds are appealing the decision of course.

Public lands are owned by We the People, not the federal government!

Unfortunately for Wayne Hage, he didn’t live to see the courts settle the dispute over his cattle and lands.  The stress of the encounters with the BLM and NPS, (National Park Service), killed his first wife.  Within months of his death his second wife also died.  His son is now running Pine Creek ranch.

Wayne Hage wrote a book called Storm Over Rangelands, Private Rights in Federal Lands.  It documents his struggle with the federal government and their illegal activities.  Property rights is such a fundamental foundation of this country.  The attempted thievery by the federal government knows no limits.  Imagine federal agents storming your home and taking what they want without a warrant or cause.  This is what Wayne Hage had to deal with and what Citizens will face if we don’t wake the hell up and defend ourselves with the knowledge of who we are and what is ours.  Wayne Hage was never shown any documentation that would give the federal government the right to seize his cattle or water rights, the feds just took them.

If you want a great example of disinformation and misleading wording, check out this Wikipedia article on Public Lands.  The inference is that the lands belong to the federal government when in reality they are only managed by agencies such as the BLM and the National Forest Service.  The lands belong to US, We the People.

Most of the public land held by the US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management is in the Western states. Public lands account for 25 to 75 percent of the total land area in these states.

Statements such as these imply the lands belong to the federal government.  But the federal government isn’t a person, it is an entity.  An entity cannot own land, PEOPLE do!  Further down in the article it explains it much better, but a cursory review of the article could lead to misunderstandings.  A caretaker is not the owner!

Sheriff Tony DeMeo wants to make sure that the property rights of PEOPLE are enforced and illegal seizures are met with resistance of equal force.  There won’t be any more illegal seizures of cattle or water rights in Nye county thanks to the hard work and knowledge of this Sheriff!

PART TWO: In the late 1990′s, before Sheriff DeMeo took office, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), an agency of the Department of Interior, seized more of Hage’s cattle off of his ranch, using armed federal agents.  The sheriff at that time left town on a fishing trip.

Subsequently, when Sheriff DeMeo took office in 2003, he told his deputies that illegal cattle seizures were prohibited and that any federal agents attempting to confiscate cattle would be arrested.  Shortly thereafter, the BLM arrived at Hage’s ranch to perform a seizure. The Sheriff’s Deputy told the federal agents that there would be no seizure or taking of cattle, per DeMeo’s decision based on the Constitution.  The Deputy was told that the BLM federal agents intended to arrest DeMeo and use armed force to take Hage’s cattle.  Sheriff DeMeo advised the federal agent that their SWAT team would be faced with Sheriff DeMeo’s SWAT team if they proceeded.

The county Sheriff in the United States is the most powerful law enforcement officer in this country.  His power comes from We the People and as such is only limited by the People.  He swears his oath of office to our Constitution, not the federal government.  He has the ability to defend those who elect him.  The federal government has forgotten where their authority comes from and the fact that it can easily be taken away by the same People who elected them.  It is time the feds remembered who has power and who doesn’t.

A laudable mission statement so long as the agents of the BLM, National Forest Service, and other federal employees remember who they actually work for, the PUBLIC! Sheriff Tony DeMeo is there to remind them.  I’m sure that this sheriff is facing the same obstacles that Sheriff Joe Arpaio faces.  The feds don’t like it when you get right back in their face.

What bothers me the most about all this is the them vs. us that is taking place all across our nation in all walks of life and in all classes.  There is NO them, they are simply us with a job.  Why don’t those working for the BLM realize that violating the property rights of others is the same as violating their own property rights?  You cannot do something to another person and not do it to yourself as well.

It is the power hungry few which are creating all the strife and conflict within our borders.  The agenda of the global elite is a thorn in the side of every Citizen of this country regardless of who you work for.  The very few have become the bane of the many.  It is time we fixed this problem and stopped the few from more power grabs.  Stealing from We the People has gone on for far too long.  Thanks to Sheriff DeMeo and others Citizens have a defense against these illegal activities.

The responsibility of authority rests with each individual in this country.  We must educate ourselves, our neighbors, our legislators and representatives until we once again understand who we are and what we stand for.  The lawlessness of the federal agents enforcing illegal confiscations must be educated to understand that they can refuse any order that is un-Constitutional.

The cattle being confiscated in Sheriff DeMeo’s territory were done illegally.  No search warrant, seizure warrant, nor other form of due process was ever shown or granted.  Those who issued the orders to confiscate, (steal), the cattle need to be removed from office.  It is obvious they are power drunk.  They must be challenged at all stages of their attempted thefts.  Our rights to own property is sacrosanct and cannot be infringed upon.  Stealing, whether government sanctioned or not, is still stealing and against the law.

The BLM, Forestry Service, and any other department of the interior is there to manage the lands held by the PUBLIC, you and I.  If they fail in their duty, over-step that duty, or try to do things illegally they must be stopped.  This land belongs to US, to you and to Me.  I cannot stress that enough.  Those who think otherwise are mentally deficient and need to be placed where they cannot do any more harm to themselves or others.

Kudos to Sheriff Tony DeMeo.  Keep up the great job for the Citizens under your watch.  We support you and thank you!

It seems that every day we read another article about the lawless Obamination administration flaunting the rule of law.  While going after States who attempt to protect their Citizens, to drafting lawyers to grant a blanket amnesty for illegal aliens behind the backs of congress.  Obama has spent more than $2 Million dollars to stop lawsuits seeking to discover if he is even eligible to be POTUS.  Where did that money come from???  Are we paying for his lawyer costs?  The old adage about “If it weren’t for lawyers we wouldn’t need lawyers,” seems so pertinent today.

In the lawsuit against Arizona’s SB 1070, Eric Holder has gotten a judge that isn’t even supposed to be reviewing the case.  Why is Obama seeking the destruction of law and order?  So that he can become a dictator?  All the signs are there that a dictatorship is where the united States is headed.

Let’s look at the relevant section of the Constitution to see why Judge Bolton is NOT supposed to review this case:

Article III

Sec. II Clause 2

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

It is as though the Obamination has decided that he is going to pocket judges and get them to waste time and tax-payer money while he gets what he desires behind closed doors and back alleys.  But then that is just business as usual for the federal government.  Am I wrong?

I called the Governor’s office this morning and was told that many of the Citizens here are calling in about the same thing.  Our Governor is well aware of the illegality of Judge Bolton’s ruling regarding SB 1070.  If the judge has no authority to rule in this case, the rulings she has made have no authority either.  SB 1070 is now in effect in full force.  Obama should have known better than to try this.  His administration is in the cross-hairs and everyone is watching every move he and his co-conspirators make.  However, if you feel you are above the law, and he obviously does, then you will continue to break the law.  So much for hope and change.  We might as well have dubya still in office!

Arizona Citizens overwhelmingly want SB 1070 in effect.  This includes our LEGAL Hispanic community.  After all, amnesty for law-breakers is a slap in their faces.  Hispanic Americans did things the lawful way and spent the time and energy to accomplish those goals.  They deserve to be honored, not smacked down because some illegal alien POTUS decides on blanket amnesty for border runners.

It has finally come to light that the so called “anchor babies” is a myth that has been perpetrated on the American people by big business and the lawyers they employ.  For the past 40 years we’ve been told that citizenship is granted to any baby born on united States soil.  This is NOT true.  The hoax has cost the American Taxpayer billions and billions of dollars each year.  While we’re at making the rule of law sacrosanct again let’s address this issue.  After all, it is the number one reason that illegal aliens have for coming here.

U.S. Constitution: Fourteenth Amendment

Section 1:

Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof,- are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

ANY Illegal Alien is subject to the jurisdiction of their country of origin, NOT the united States.  While we can jail them for crimes committed here, they must be returned to their country of origin for further criminal charges.  The Mexican Constitution puts it very clearly:

As you can easily see this would exclude all citizens from any other country and their progeny. Anchor Babies is a thing of myth, smoke, and mirrors. However it is a convenience for big food factory chains such as Smithfield’s, National Beef, and Mumford’s who get the INS to bust workers instead of pay them more after shipping them here illegally. Have you watched Food Inc. lately???  These corporations actively recruit Mexican nationals to come to this country and work illegally.  They make deals with DHS and INS/ICE to bust only so many workers and not touch the companies themselves even though there are federal laws which would heavily fine these companies for knowingly hiring illegal aliens.

There is lots of talk among the States and those running for political office who want new laws passed, which would deny citizenship to illegal aliens and their babies born in this country.  We don’t need new laws, we need the old ones understood and enforced.

What the legal system has done where anchor babies is concerned should have all those lawyers jailed for treason.  It is time to mop the floor with those who commit treason and those who have lied to us, including this outlaw POTUS and those before him.  Why exactly are we giving them a lifelong pension, body guards, etc. when they have done so much to damage this country?

Media spin on the memo being circulated around capitol hill and now at large on the internet is a blatant violation of federal laws currently on the books.  In an attempt at an end-run around national security, the law, the will of the Citizens of this country, and any others with a vested interest in seeing the current laws enforced, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has said it can circumvent the laws of our nation in multiple ways.

The first way mentioned was to re-interpret two 1990 General Council Opinions.  Please note, these are not laws, but interpretations and opinions.  They have no validity whatsoever.  But the USCIS is willing to use them to grant protected status to thousands of illegal aliens already in this country.  This could mean that rapists, murderers, and child molesters/pedophiles could be granted immunity from deportation.

To promote family unity, USCIS could reinterpret lwo 1990 General Counsel Opinions regarding the ability of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applicants who entered the United Slates (U.S.) without inspection to adjust or change status. This would enable thousands of individuals in TPS status to become lawful permanent residents. Similarly.where non· TPS applicants have been deemed inadmissible under section 212(a)(6)(AXi) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“the Act”) for having entered without inspection, USCIS could grant “parole-the-place” (PIP) in the exercise of discretion to create a basis for adjustment in the U.S.

Next, they want to revamp the EB-5 visa program. This program is for foreign immigrants who wish to invest at least $500,000.00 in the united States economy and must create at least 10 jobs. The USCIS wants to gain control of this program and manipulate it to the advantage of foreign investors. (Pg 2 paragraph 1)

In the second paragraph on page 2 the USCIS wants to redo all the visa programs; H, L, F, N, O, TN, P, and E.  They want to expand the limits of these programs as well as throw out rules for them such as getting permission to leave the country.  Porous borders?  What borders!    USCIS also wants to do away with the 10 day grace period for working visas and give them 45-90 days…

Now, for those illegals who do not qualify for the  extended plans for extended families and work visas, (what could disqualify them?  A criminal record???), but, says USCIS, is not in the public interest, (although 96% of u.S. Citizens have already said otherwise), USCIS wants to allow them to stay within the country because the might, at some later date, be eligible in the future.  This just goes on and on.  It is dubya’s lawyers all over again saying torture is legal!!!

It should be noted that USCIS seeks to implement these changes by September or October of this year!

This is no joke.  The Obamination fully intends to implement these changes through executive order, (EO) and by promoting opinion contrary to law and our Constitution.  It would make citizenship within the united States a joke.  Our country would be defiled, our rule of law meaningless, even as Citizens and States are forced to accept these outrages.  There seems to be no bottom when it comes to Obama’s desire to destroy this country.

Congress is now expressing outrage at this memo only because Americans have made it crystal clear their jobs depend on NO AMNESTY.  Do you honestly believe they would have told us otherwise?  According to Rasmussen, congress is up in popularity at a total of 16 points, the highest its has been in over a year.  I think the American Public has made it clear that we are done with corruption in congress.  So this leaking of a memo comes as no surprise.  It is a way for the democrats to save face and make us think they are doing something good for a change.  Don’t fall for it.  If this wasn’t an election year, they wouldn’t have told us shit about this.

Educating ourselves is our only defense against the assaults upon ourselves and our country.  We cannot trust anyone currently in office except a very, very few.  American’s were asleep and those in charge nearly destroyed us.  Now we are awake and they are scared to death!

Mexico’s Los Zetas have taken over multiple ranches in Laredo Texas. If this isn’t a declaration of war I don’t know what is. Arizona has lost portions of the State due to the federal governments incredible failures and Obama holding the southern border between u.S and Mexico hostage. The cowardly courts refuse standing to the American People who wish to challenge Obama’s right to sit in the Oval office because he is ineligible. But who has better cause for standing in this country than the Citizens? Lame-stream media has a lock-down on news out of Laredo. Law enforcement in Laredo Texas is trying to weigh their options with zero help by the Obamination administration or DHS’ Napolitano.

BREAKING: MULTIPLE RANCHES IN LAREDO, TX TAKEN OVER BY LOS ZETAS

The bloodbath continues along our southern border and now word is coming in that Los Zetas, the highly trained killers formerly with the Gulf Cartel, have crossed into the United States and taken over at least two ranches in the Laredo, Texas area. I am receiving word that the owners of the ranches have evacuated without being harmed.

Founder of the San Diego Minutemen Jeff Schwilk tipped me off to this story and passes along the following information on the location. The ranches are said to be “near Mines Rd. and Minerales Annex Rd about 10 miles NW of I-35″.

I’ve searched, there are no other reports.  Why the silence from other media outlets?  Did you hear it on the evening news?  Of course not.  It doesn’t fit with the dissolution of our southern border.  Mexico is incapable of doing anything positive and congress can only cheer Calderon on!

Just hours before the attacks of Los Zetas on the Texas ranches, the Consulate in Nuevo Laredo Mexico put up warnings on its website about war breaking out between Mexican authorities and the Los Zetas.  It seems to me that a warning like that should have come with bells and whistles, who monitors a website 24/7?  Most people would have been unaware that anything untoward had happened.  This just emphasizes the Obamination’s hatred of everything that is this country.

The utter betrayal of the united States by the Obamination is clear. The betrayal by homeland security’s Napolitano, is clear. Failure, failure, failure. Obama is a coward. While refusing to defend the united States he kisses the ass of Calderon.

The history of this violent and bloody cartel, Los Zetas, is one of extreme violence.  Trained by the Mexican military to be their assassination force they have all the skills required to wage war anywhere they want.  Their numbers are upwards of 2,000.  By now there are possibly many more.

Los Zetas is a criminal organization in Mexico dedicated mostly to international illegal drug trade and other organized crime activities. This drug cartel was founded by an elite force of assassins from Mexican Army deserters and is now integrated by corrupt ex-federal, state, and local police officers, as well as ex-Kaibiles from Guatemala.

This group of highly trained gunmen was first hired as a private mercenary army for Mexico’s Gulf Cartel. Mexico is a failed State.  Both Calderon and Obama know it.  The amnesty sham is so that the united States can absorb what Mexico can’t support, its citizens.  It is the only export Mexico can claim beyond drugs and Obama isn’t about to fail his good buddy.  Obama doesn’t fail any of his good buddies.  And how many of those are currently either in jail/prison or under investigation???  Too many.

As I was reading the TreatWatch article on Los Zetas, I noticed a link that didn’t work.  Curious I did a Bing search for it.  I finally found it.  The article once again proves the guns in Mexico are NOT coming from the united States:

Everything was marked with additional foreign markings on the receiver, including M16 rifles, or they had nothing at all. I saw firearms manufactured in Europe, China, Russia and South America along with U.S. manufactured weapons. I saw rifles that looked familiar with no place of manufacture, no serial number or manufacturer’s logo. The information was not removed, it was never there to begin with. I can only assume they came from illegal arms manufacturers in India or Pakistan that produce copies of weapons. It was obvious that none of these firearms came from a U.S. gun shop in Tucson or San Diego. You couldn’t buy them from a gun shop in the states if you tried. (emphasis mine)

What could the Obamination administration have to gain by blaming gun running on gun shops in the united States for the arming of the paramilitary groups and the citizens of Mexico? It is an excuse to tighten up gun laws and make it more difficult for us to arm ourselves. Considering what is happening in Laredo Texas right now I’m sure the Citizens there would love to be armed half as well as the Los Zetas are. Mr. Obama is a liar, a crook, and an utter disaster.

One has to wonder, in view of the map above, why the federal government allows these criminals to remain within our borders.  If one can draw a map and pinpoint where they are then shouldn’t the government also know how to arrest them and deport them?  Of course, that would mean securing our borders and Obama isn’t about to do that!

Los Zetas drug cartel seizes 2 U.S. ranches in Texas

In what could be deemed an act of war against the sovereign borders of the United States, Mexican drug cartels have seized control of at least two American ranches inside the U.S. territory near Laredo, Texas.

Two sources inside the Laredo Police Department confirmed the incident is unfolding and they would continue to coordinate with U.S. Border Patrol today. “We consider this an act of war,” said one police officer on the ground near the scene. There is a news blackout of this incident at this time and the sources inside Laredo PD spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Interestingly enough the news from the border coming out of DHS is utterly silent on this score. Since I get the emails I’ve been checking the headlines to make sure I haven’t missed anything. Trust me, I haven’t. How could this be?  I called DHS to get a statement.  Once I asked them to let me speak with someone who could explain what DHS was doing for Laredo Texas I was immediately transferred to their comment line.  I hung up.  I wasn’t trying to make a statement, I wanted some answers.  So I called back, telling the operator NOT to transfer me to the comment line.  He informed me that there wasn’t any information in Washington D.C. so obviously it didn’t exist.  RIGGGHHHTTT!  When I persisted telling him how to search for the news articles out on the web he told me there was NO DEPARTMENT to transfer my call to and that DHS had no information on this issue.  That is government intelligence for you!  Absolutely Worthless!

After the no information call to DHS I contacted Senator John McCain,(Phone (202) 224-2235), to see if he had any statement on the situation.  According to the woman I spoke to Senator McCain was aware of the situation but had not made any statements concerning it.  She was also not aware if he planned to make any statements at this time.  At least it wasn’t a denial of the situation as with DHS.

So I called Senator Jon Kyle’s office, (Phone: (202) 224-4521), and asked if they knew the situation?  (See bottom of the web page)  The woman I spoke to, while not aware of this news, told me that a federal judge had just granted the feds an injunction against the more controversial aspects of SB 1070.  We are forbidden to enforce federal immigration laws, for the time being…  Wow, imagine that!  War with Mexico has broken out and Arizona isn’t allowed to ask for immigration papers.  Way to Go Judge!!!  I told you, there is NO law and order in this country now and it is time to secede from a failed u.S. government! And do it now before the squatter in the Oval office declares marshal law!

When I contacted Representative Ed Pastor, (Phone: (202) 225-4065), on the matter and asked that the office call me back when they had discussed the issue, I was informed that office policy was to not respond to phone call inquires.  How nice.  I told the man I spoke to that if the congressman didn’t want to speak with me then I would find a Representative that WOULD be interested in hearing from me.  Do NOT vote for Ed Pastor!

I then contacted KPHO, 602-650-0711, and asked them if they were covering the story out of Laredo Texas.  I was informed that they were NOT.  That they did not send crews out to Texas or anywhere other than Phoenix.  I told them I understood that but didn’t they think it was a news worthy subject?  Yes, they said, that they would keep abreast of the subject, (exact quote), but that they would not be covering it since it was NOT in Phoenix.  Funny how they cover all other news across the nation isn’t it???

I contacted AZFamily, channel 3, (602-207-3333) in Phoenix.  They were able and willing to get their crew on the ground in Texas to cover the story.  I have high hopes that this station will tell the tale of trouble in Laredo! Our sister State needs our help and support right now. If anyone has any ideas on what we can do to help them, let me know.

To this day if you do a search for the greatest mob boss ever you will find Al Capone’s name.  Congress seeks to bring back Al Capone in their bill H.R. 980 and S. 1611.  Congress is working hard to bring all things of freedom under their greedy, grasping control.  It has nothing to do with making sure that workers across the nation have the same benefits, nothing to do with their health or yours or mine.  CONTROL is all it is about.

Let me draw you an imaginary situation.  Suppose Oklahoma City decides to pass a law that congress doesn’t like or feels that it isn’t Oklahoma’s right to pass.  A tornado comes through and devastates the area.  So congress decides that no first responders will be dispatched until the city of Oklahoma agrees to withdraw the offending legislation.  First responders would have to sit and wait for the go signal before being allowed on scene because it just might be too dangerous.  Do you want your first responders under Al Capone’s control?

It is reported that Al Capone‘s business card had him listed as a “used furniture dealer.”  I think that title can be applied to most of those in congress, don’t you?  Capone’s idea of business was that if it was illegal he would supply it.  Here is where Al Capone and congress differ, congress takes, it doesn’t supply.

The Democrats with their greedy, grasping, sticky fingers, seek to consolidate power under congress’ rule.  Free enterprise is a thing of the past.  Congressional spending is out of control and off the charts.  Congress justifies their spending binge by thinking your money belongs to them and they can spend their money any way they like.  I live by the following rule:  If you have to justify it you already know you are wrong.  No excuses apply.

Couched in lofty terms which would seem to show the moral high ground but which hides the sleazy underbelly of corruption, H.R. 980, (already passed), and S. 1611, (currently in committee), are more of the same old power grabs we’ve been watching lately destroy this country.

The first thing to consider is that while FEMA can call on first responders, they cannot control them utterly. State’s do. Let’s look at some of the findings of congress on this issue:

Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act

(2) State and local public safety officers play an essential role in the efforts of the United States to detect, prevent, and respond to terrorist attacks, and to respond to natural disasters, hazardous materials, and other mass casualty incidents. State and local public safety officers, as first responders, are a component of our Nation’s National Incident Management System, developed by the Department of Homeland Security to coordinate response to and recovery from terrorism, major natural disasters, and other major emergencies. Public safety employer-employee cooperation is essential in meeting these needs and is, therefore, in the National interest.

This is a blatant ploy to take the State and Local government OUT of the equation and place them under the banner of DHS, one of the MOST incompetent parts of the federal government! Taking these agencies OUT of the control of the State and placing them under DHS means that a State will have to ASK FOR HELP from the feds in order to respond to a natural disaster or other emergency.  Police, Fire, Ambulance, Paramedics, etc. would find themselves directed by the feds and forced to comply with the wrong-headed imbeciles currently calling themselves intelligent.  (Government Intelligence)  Democrats think this is a great idea! < cough >

(3) The Federal Government needs to encourage conciliation, mediation, and voluntary arbitration to aid and encourage employers and the representatives of their employees to reach and maintain agreements concerning rates of pay, hours, and working conditions, and to make all reasonable efforts through negotiations to settle their differences by mutual agreement reached through collective bargaining or by such methods as may be provided for in any applicable agreement for the settlement of disputes.

NOTE TO CONGRESS: The State and local governments and their employees have been doing just fine without your help for 234 years. Why are you assuming now we need your < sarc > wisdom < /sarc >?  Knock, knock, is there anybody home up there?  I see the lights are on…

(4) The absence of adequate cooperation between public safety employers and employees has implications for the security of employees and can affect interstate and intrastate commerce. The lack of such labor-management cooperation can detrimentally impact the upgrading of police and fire services of local communities, the health and well-being of public safety officers, and the morale of the fire and police departments. Additionally, these factors could have significant commercial repercussions. Moreover, providing minimal standards for collective bargaining negotiations in the public safety sector can prevent industrial strife between labor and management that interferes with the normal flow of commerce.

Congress, read the above again and apply it here. We’re doing just fine without your corrupting influence. It would be a serious mistake on our part to allow you access to this PUBLIC arena.  Has anyone else noticed that their “spend-go” has fallen flat on its face or that they haven’t even bothered to approve a budget for this year?  You didn’t?  Wonder why?

Pay attention to this next paragraph of the bill.  It is a damning finger pointing out why this legislation is NOT necessary!

(5) Many States and localities already provide public safety officers with collective bargaining rights comparable to or greater than the rights and responsibilities set forth in this Act, and such State and local laws should be respected.

So why do we want this legislation??? If our States and local governments are doing a great job, don’t fix what ain’t broken. Ding, ding, ding! Unfortunately, congress doesn’t respect our local and State governments.  They have convinced themselves that they are omnipotent. (Does viagra make a pill for that?)

The utter incompetence that congress has shown whether it be in spending limits, (the lowliest Citizen can balance their checkbook), and lack of common sense spells disaster for the united States.  Trusting anything to congress is asking for a pyromaniac to not start a fire.  It is as though they continue to believe we aren’t going to notice what they are doing.  We aren’t nearly as stupid as congress believes  us to be.

Then next segment of the bill carries the definitions of what congress is talking about because you know their understanding of things is often different from our own. For example: the definition of confidential employee is, (ready for it?), confidential!  OMG, who would have thought?  The definitions include what they mean by firefighter, labor organizer, public safety employer, emergency medical personnel, law enforcement officer, public safety employee, etc.  Where it gets interesting, and where congress is out of their effing minds, is the following:

(9) PERSON- The term ‘person’ means an individual or a labor organization.

It isn’t even funny how despicable I think congress is for defining a person as an organization. People are people, organizations and companies may be made up of people, but they are not a PERSON! Any time you see this you have to understand that congress is seeking to circumvent the constitution and the inalienable rights of human beings with their creator and give those qualities to non-human organizations and companies.  My disgust for the authors of these little gems cannot be put into words.

With these little definitions man elevates a company or organization to that which our Creator, created.  I find that appalling and disrespectful.  Wonder what Jesus would think of this?  If he flayed the money changers out of the temples think what he would do to congress today!  Man, I’d even pay to see that!  And give me a front row seat!!!

Currently democrats are wondering why We the People aren’t seeing things their way.  They are terrified of the coming elections, as they should be, and are pulling out all the stops to try to discredit anyone and every one who says anything negative about them.  They act like they are dumbfounded that we don’t agree with their ivory tower, holier than thou attitudes and corporate agendas.  The socialism which is being shoved down our throats at every turn has them “concerned” that we might be misunderstanding their goals.  Not a chance guys and gals!

Next comes the meat of the bill.  Here the federal government takes over the “right to decide”that has always rested with the State.

SEC. 4. DETERMINATION OF RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

(a) Determination-

(1) IN GENERAL- Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Authority shall make a determination as to whether a State substantially provides for the rights and responsibilities described in subsection (b).

The authority naturally being congress.  It seems that we have no rights to decide for ourselves how to govern ourselves.  Congress is the only one with judgment sufficient to make such decisions.  And we’ve seen just HOW WELL they have handled that!!!  But wait, they aren’t done yet!

(2) CONSIDERATION OF ADDITIONAL OPINIONS- In making the determination described in paragraph (1), the Authority shall consider the opinions of affected employers and labor organizations. In the case where the Authority is notified by an affected employer and labor organization that both parties agree that the law applicable to such employer and labor organization substantially provides for the rights and responsibilities described in subsection (b), the Authority shall give such agreement weight to the maximum extent practicable in making the Authority’s determination under this subsection.

This little gem translates to: We will consider your agreement and if we like it we’ll settle the matter in your favor, however, if we do not agree that it benefits our desires we’ll over-ride your decision with one of our own.

Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on me.  Not this time around congress.  we’ve seen you coming a mile away.

Oh, and there is this little point to also note; any decisions made will remain in effect FOREVER or until the “authority” decides otherwise.  There is never going to be a time when this decision comes up for review!

(3) LIMITED CRITERIA- In making the determination described in paragraph (1), the Authority shall be limited to the application of the criteria described in subsection (b) and shall not require any additional criteria.

(4) SUBSEQUENT DETERMINATIONS-

(A) IN GENERAL- A determination made pursuant to paragraph (1) shall remain in effect unless and until the Authority issues a subsequent determination, in accordance with the procedures set forth in subparagraph (B).

(B) PROCEDURES FOR SUBSEQUENT DETERMINATIONS-

Upon establishing that a material change in State law or its interpretation has occurred, an employer or a labor organization may submit a written request for a subsequent determination. If satisfied that a material change in State law or its interpretation has occurred, the Authority shall issue a subsequent determination not later than 30 days after receipt of such request.

Since it is the Citizens of a State who vote, and not a corporation or organization, this is a blatant way for the feds to say, “you are incapable of governing yourselves, no matter what you decide, we know best…  I don’t know about you, but I want congress and the feds to get the hell out of my life and let me LIVE it as I see fit under the Constitution.

While the bill goes on to say that anyone may file a grievance with the courts if they do not agree with these decisions for up to 60 days, the bench padding that the Obamination is doing insures that their will be done.  We’ve had that amply proven with all the suits against Obama that the courts claim We the People have no standing in…

Rights and responsibilities must include the ability of all the above named groups of public employees to join unions.  Congress just can’t stand the thought that each State has the ability to pass laws which the PEOPLE want and not necessarily what congress deems “suitable.”  This bill is just one more step along the path of stealing our power away from us and putting  it in the hands of corruption.  At this point and time there are few in congress who work for US.  Most work for their lobbyist paychecks.  There is more special interest than united States’ interest in the agenda of congress.  Bad bills like this are just an example of their gangster style heavy-handedness.

(b) Rights and Responsibilities- In making a determination described in subsection (a), the Authority shall consider a State’s law to substantially provide the required rights and responsibilities unless such law fails to provide rights and responsibilities comparable to or greater than the following:

(1) Granting public safety officers the right to form and join a labor organization, which may exclude management employees, supervisory employees, and confidential employees, that is, or seeks to be, recognized as the exclusive bargaining representative of such employees.

(2) Requiring public safety employers to recognize the employees’ labor organization (freely chosen by a majority of the employees), to agree to bargain with the labor organization, and to commit any agreements to writing in a contract or memorandum of understanding.

(3) Providing for the right to bargain over hours, wages, and terms and conditions of employment.

(4) Making available an interest impasse resolution mechanism, such as fact-finding, mediation, arbitration, or comparable procedures.

(5) Requiring enforcement of all rights, responsibilities, and protections provided by State law and enumerated in this section, and of any written contract or memorandum of understanding between a labor organization and a public safety employer, through–

(A) a State administrative agency, if the State so chooses; and

(B) at the election of an aggrieved party, the State courts.

In the past all this has been accomplished without cost to taxpayers and at the expense of the company or organization which was duly elected by the employees to represent them.  After the enactment of this bill, that will now wind up being paid for by taxpayers.   Those in congress will not rest until every last dime we think is ours is being doled out to us by those in their elusively remote, well-padded dominion.  According to congress we are not capable of governing ourselves.

I have only gone a bit more than halfway through this bill but my post is getting too long here so I will close it.  Read the bill for yourself.  Make up your own mind if this is a good or a bad bill.  Let congress know you are watching them and that bringing Al Capone back is not an option…
