You have to love the anti-gun people.  Some of their logic is truly absurd.  But I recently got an email that I just had to agree with.  It puts the anti-gun folks logic into the light of day.  I keep hoping their brains will turn on the light and start to think.  If the day ever comes when they outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns…

I’ve tried to find out who wrote this, I’d love to give them credit, but since I haven’t found out who yet I hope they won’t mind if I put their words here.

Here is the email I received:

According to the anti-gun crowd we’re supposed to believe:

* That a punk wakes up one morning and thinks, “Gee instead of robbing, raping, sodomizing and killing a young woman, why don’t I turn my $400 gun in for $20 and a pizza and go work at McDonald’s?”
* That the more helpless you are the safer you are from criminals.
* That you should give a mugger your wallet because he doesn’t really want to shoot you and he’ll let you go but that you should give him your wallet because he’ll shoot you if you don’t.
* That despite all the outrage about Corporate America’s cavalier treatment of employees Domino’s Pizza’s demand that employees be unarmed is an altruistic effort to stop them from hurting themselves and not a calculated financial bid to avoid having a lawsuit filed by a dead robber’s family.
* That one can sue a store for having a slick floor, falling ceilings, and sharp corners, but if they refuse to let you bring a gun in and you get shot by a criminal they aren’t liable for enforcing that rule with others.
* That there is no right of self defense, but the police are not legally obligated to respond to my cries for help when disarmed, but you can sue them if they take too long to get to a traffic accident.
* That assault rifles are far too powerful to hunt deer and elk and too dangerous for private citizens to own but are too impotent for modern warfare, too weak to reliably kill soldiers, and have no place in the concept of a citizen reserve.
* That the preferred weapon of a drug user is a $25 .22 pocket pistol and the preferred weapon of a drug dealer is a $2000 machine gun.
* That any cheap weapon is a “Saturday night special” and any expensive weapon is an “assault weapon.”
* That “Cops” and other shows are edited to show the boring encounters with traffic stops and the occasional drunken fool with a revolver in his pocket and never show the millions of cases where the cops are gunned down in droves by machine gun toting drug dealers.
* That “NYPD Blue” and “Miami Vice” are documentaries.
* That an intruder will be incapacitated by tear gas or oven spray but if shot with a .44 Magnum will get angry and kill you.
* That firearms in the hands of private citizens are the gravest threat to world peace, and China, Pakistan and Korea can be trusted with nuclear weapons.
* That Charlton Heston as president of the NRA is a shill who should be ignored but Michael Douglas as a representative of Handgun Control Inc. is an ambassador for peace who is entitled to an audience at the UN arms control summit.
* That ordinary people in the presence of guns turn into slaughtering butchers and revert to normal when the weapon is removed.
* That someone who fails to clear his weapon, fails to point it in a safe direction, pulls the trigger without checking the chamber, and blows his foot off is an example of how even a “trained professional” can be a “victim” of a diabolical gun but people in the military who clean weapons millions of times a year without getting hurt are “dumb grunts.”
* That the New England Journal of Medicine is filled with expert advice about guns just like Guns and Ammo has some excellent treatises on heart surgery.
* That one should consult an automotive engineer for safer seat belts, a civil engineer for a better bridge, a surgeon for spinal paralysis, and Sarah Brady for firearms expertise.
* That the best thing our kids can do to bullies and drug dealers is “just say no” and fight back and the best thing we can do to bullies and drug dealers is to give them $50 and wait for them to go away.
* That it’s outrageous that the Milwaukee police took 45 minutes to respond to reports of Jeffrey Dahmer’s last victim running around naked in the cold then returned him to his attacker without checking ID but the best thing a citizen can do in an emergency is dial 911.
* That the “right of the people peaceably to assemble,” the “right of the people to be secure in their homes,” “the enumeration herein of certain rights shall not be construed to disparage others retained by the people,” “The powers not delegated herein are reserved to the states respectively and to the people” refer to individuals but “the right of the people to keep and bear arms” refers to the states.
* That the 2nd Amendment ratified in 1791 allows the states to have a National Guard created by act of Congress in 1916.
* That the National Guard, paid by the federal government, occupying property leased to the federal government, using weapons owned by the federal government, punishing trespassers under federal law, is a state agency.
* That private citizens can’t have handguns because they serve no militia purpose even though the military has hundreds of thousands of them and private citizens can’t have assault rifles because they are military weapons.
* That it is reasonable for California to have a minimum 2 year sentence for possession but not using an assault rifle, and reasonable for California to have a 6 month minimum sentence for raping a female police officer.
* That it is reasonable to jail people for carrying, but not using, guns but outrageous to jail people for possessing marijuana.
* That minimum sentences violate civil rights unless it’s for possessing a gun.
* That door-to-door searches for drugs are a gross violation of civil rights and a sign of fascism but door-to-door searches for guns are a reasonable solution to the “gun problem.”
* That the first amendment absolutely allows child pornography and threats to kill cops but doesn’t apply to manuals on gun repair.
* That a woman in a microskirt, perfume and a Wonderbra, without underwear, is a helpless victim but someone getting paid $6 an hour to deliver the cash from a fast food place to the bank at the same time every night is “asking for it.” And you won’t allow either of them to carry a gun.
* That Illinois’ law that allows almost any government official from Governor to dogcatcher to carry a gun is reasonable and the law that prohibits any private citizen, even one with 50 death threats on file and a million dollar jewelry business, is unreasonable. And it isn’t a sign of police state.
* That the 80 religious kooks in Waco were a threat to American security but snipers killing them as they left the building machine-gunning children, hiding the video evidence, possibly torching the building on purpose, and having no case to present in federal court is good law enforcement. And it isn’t a sign of police state.
* That free speech entitles one to own newspapers, transmitters, computers, and typewriters, but self defense only justifies bare hands.
* That with the above, a 90 LB woman attacked by a 300 LB rapist and his 300 LB buddy has the “right” to kill them in self defense provided she uses her bare hands.
* That there’s nothing in the Constitution that specifically prohibits banning certain guns but there is something in the Constitution that specifically prohibits banning certain sex acts.
* That gun safety courses in school only encourage kids to commit violence but sex education in school doesn’t encourage kids to have sex.
* That the ready availability of guns today, with only a few government forms, waiting periods, checks, infringements, ID, and fingerprinting, is responsible for all the school shootings compared to the lack of school shootings in the 1950’s and 1960’s which was caused by the awkward availability of guns at any hardware store, gas station, and by mail order.
* That we must get rid of guns because a deranged lunatic may go on a shooting spree at any time and anyone who owns a gun out of fear of such a lunatic is paranoid.
* That there is too much explicit violence featuring guns on TV and that cities can sue gun manufacturers because people aren’t aware of the dangers involved with guns.
* That the gun lobby’s attempt to run a “don’t touch” campaign about kids handling guns is propaganda and the anti-gun lobby’s attempt to run a “don’t touch” campaign is responsible social activity.
* That the crime rate in America is decreasing because of gun control and the increase in crime requires more gun control.
* That 100 years after its founding, the NRA got into the politics of guns from purely selfish motives and 100 years after the Emancipation Proclamation the black civil rights movement was founded from purely noble motives.
* That statistics showing high murder rates justify gun control and statistics that show increasing murder rates after gun control are “just statistics.”
* That we don’t need guns against an oppressive government because the Constitution has internal safeguards and we should ban and seize all guns therefore violating the 2nd, 4th, 5th and 9th Amendments of that Constitution becoming an oppressive government.
* That guns are an ineffective means of self defense for rational adults but in the hands of an ignorant criminal become a threat to the fabric of society.
* That guns are so complex to use that special training is necessary to use them properly and so simple to use that they make murder easy.
* That guns contribute to high death rates and should be banned but tobacco and alcohol are okay.
* That guns cause crime which is why there has never been a mass slaying at a gun show.
* That guns cause crime just like matches cause arson.
* That guns cause crime just like women cause prostitution.
* That guns cause crime just like men cause rape.
* That guns aren’t necessary to national defense which is why the army only has 3 million of them.
* That banning guns works which is why New York, DC, and Chicago cops need guns against armed criminals.
* That the Constitution protects us so we don’t need guns and can confiscate them thereby violating the 5th amendment of that constitution.
* That women are just as intelligent and capable as men and a woman with a gun is “an accident waiting to happen.”
* That women are just as intelligent and capable as men and gunmaker’s advertisements aimed at women are “preying on their fears.”
* That a handgun, with up to 4 switches and controls, is far too complex for the typical adult to learn to use as opposed to an automobile that only has 20.
* That handguns are useful only for murder which is why the police and military define them as defensive weapons.
* That neighbors who carry guns against the occasional lunatic are paranoid because of the perfectly justifiable fear that every single one of them is waiting to turn into a lunatic.
* That a majority of the population supports gun control just like a majority of the population used to support owning slaves.
* That one should ignore as idiots politicians who confuse Wicca with Satanism and exaggerate the gay community as a threat to society but listen sagely to politicians who can refer to a self-loading small arm as a “weapon of mass destruction” and an “assault weapon.”
* That there is no absolute right to a weapon documented historically because the British government used to prohibit Catholics from owning guns. And that wasn’t a sign of religious bigotry.
* That rifles with pistol grips are assault weapons just like vehicles with racing stripes are sports cars.
* That you don’t need a gun against invaders because the government will know in plenty of time to issue you whatever weapons you need.
* That Massachusetts is safer with bans on guns which is why Teddy Kennedy has machinegun toting guards.
* That most people can’t be trusted so we should have laws against guns which most people will abide by because they can be trusted.
* That a woman raped and strangled with her panties is morally superior to a woman with a smoking gun and a dead rapist at her feet.
* That guns should be banned because of the danger involved and live reporting from the battlefield which can keep the enemy informed of troop deployments, getting thousands of troops killed and perhaps losing a war, is a protected act that CANNOT be compromised on.
* That the ACLU is good because it uncompromisingly defends certain parts of the Constitution and the NRA is bad because it defends other parts of the Constitution.
* That a house with a gun is three times as likely to have a murder just like a house with insulin is three times as likely to have a diabetic.
* That police operate in groups with backup which is why they need larger capacity magazines than civilians who must face criminals alone and therefore need less ammunition.
* That we should ban “Saturday Night Specials” and other inexpensive guns because it’s not fair that poor people have access to guns too.
* That guns have no legitimate use but alcohol does which is why we issue cops guns instead of beer.
* That police and soldiers are the dregs of society who were unfit to get any real job which perfectly qualifies them with the high moral standards and keen intellects to handle these complicated tools and be our guardians.
* That it’s acceptable to arm a courier at $6 an hour to shoot criminals for stealing bank deposits but unacceptable for a college-educated business owner to do it himself.
* That a registration plan will reduce crime because criminals will register their guns despite the Supreme Court decision Haynes v. U.S. (309 U.S. 85, 1968) that registration violates self-incrimination.
* That it’s reasonable to require proof of a criminal act before an order of protection can be issued and reasonable to assume anyone with a gun will commit a criminal act.
* That teaching abstinence exclusively rather than use of condoms is doomed to fail but encouraging absolute bans on guns rather than education in safe use is the only acceptable method of reducing crime.
* That it is outrageous that civilians have rifles that were designed for the military for self defense but perfectly okay to have polluting, potentially unstable, heavy vehicles that were designed for the military, simply as status symbols.
* That guns are the gravest threat to society because 83,000,000 gun owners didn’t commit a crime yesterday.
* That it is essential to incorporate locks and sensors into guns to make them safer that only a criminal would not support them and cops and federal agents would be exempt for safety reasons.
* That a bank guard can protect money with a gun but you cannot protect your children with one.
* That all gun dealers sell illegal weapons just like all black people sell drugs.
* That crime is higher in urban areas with less guns and we must continue to disarm the minorities in these areas because of the risk of crime and that isn’t bigotry.
* That an underpaid, overworked bodyguard should be glad to throw himself in front of a bullet for you.
* That your safety is someone else’s responsibility but they have no right to tell you how to live your life.
* That guns are useless against tyranny because an armed populace of 160 million cannot defeat an army of 2 million mixed in among it.
* That if the above is true, we should not be terrified of the concept of that government holding control of our lives and freedom at its whim.
* That the piecemeal destruction of the right to keep and bear arms makes the right useless and therefore justifies destroying it further.
* That one should be more afraid of one’s spouse blowing a gasket and shooting the children than of those children being run over by a hormone-driven teenager in a car.
* That people are too stupid to handle guns but are intelligent enough to vote.
* That guns are not an effective means of self-defense which is why police carry them.
* That one can “study” the “gun issue” but know the difference between an assault rifle and a battle rifle.
* That the NRA, with over 3 million members, is “out of touch” with America and HCI with 50 thousand members is a “mandate from the people.”
* That a baseball bat is good protection against a burglar provided his gun fires baseballs.
* That to judge a group by secondhand news and hearsay is bigotry unless that group is the NRA.
* That the National Defense Act of 1916 doesn’t exist.
* That pricing products out of the reach of poor people through excessive regulation is discriminatory practice unless that product is a gun.
* That manufacturers are not responsible for damages caused by their products unless that product is a gun.
* That trigger locks and other devices make guns safer which is why the police and military refuse to use them.
* That registration of guns will help law enforcement because that way they won’t need probable cause and a warrant to conduct a search.
* That registration of guns which makes their existence a matter of public knowledge under the FOIA isn’t dangerous to owners.
* That registration of guns in violation of the McClure-Volkmer Act, and was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court is somehow still legal.
* That private citizens making private sales of private property is a “loophole.”
* That making it harder to get a license to sell firearms legally will reduce the number of people selling illegally.
* That it’s safer to do nothing than resist with a gun which is why the military wins so many wars by not fighting.
* That we must close shooting ranges because of the noise but ban silencers because they are quiet.
* That owning a gun for self-defense indicates an intent to kill just like owning a first aid kit indicates an intent to impersonate a physician.
* That guns are an “epidemic” so we should treat them with penicillin.
* That suggesting teachers be armed is an outrageous suggestion for a “civilized” society which is why the Swiss and Israelis do it.
* That making it harder and harder for even cops to have guns on school property will make it harder for lunatics to kill the utterly helpless students.
* That accidents with a product justify banning the product even though MADD has never called for a ban on alcohol people actively push to legalize drugs and no one wants to ban swimming pools so basically it’s only practical items like guns we should ban and not the luxury items that are essential to human survival.
* That the 14th Amendment requires states to accept each other’s drivers licenses even with age or vision requirement differences, marriage licenses even with age or relationship differences, or if it’s a gay marriage, but somehow doesn’t apply to licenses to carry weapons.
* That people with large gun collections are dangerous especially if they have more than two hands to shoot with.
* That autoloaders are “easily converted” to fully automatic fire and the person telling you this has no idea how it’s accomplished.
* That banning rifles with bayonet lugs will cut down on all the drive-by bayonetings.
* That shooting at an intruder who smashes in your door and enters with knife in hand will somehow “escalate the violence.”
* That it is illegal to use tax money for political campaigning unless it’s to ban guns.
* That it’s safer with less guns which is why lunatics shoot up schools instead of gun shows or police stations.
* That guns cause crime which is why there was no rape or murder in the Dark Ages.
* That stopping the people who don’t commit murder from having guns will lessen the number of those who do.
* Since banning a few guns hasn’t helped we should ban more.
* That just like the anti-nuclear weapons movement if the potential victims disarm the oppressors will take pity on them and give up their weapons in remorse.
* That oppressing gun owners until they violate the law justifies oppressing them further.
* That “crime guns” and old police guns should be destroyed at government expense because the cost of exorcising the evil spirits from them before selling them to lawful owners is exorbitant.
* That raising the legal age to possess firearms from 18 to 21 will REALLY show those 16 year olds.
* That inner-city blacks in public housing should be disarmed to prevent crimes but not rich white suburbanites. And it isn’t a sign of racism.
* That creating firearms crime by having a Byzantine code of firearm laws proves there’s a problem and justifies more laws to create more crime.
* That parents who give guns to problem children to “teach them responsibility” are not responsible for the deaths they cause but everyone else’s guns are.
* That gun owners are a threat by existing that must be destroyed by any means possible and their rights are unimportant but the thugs who attack us on the street who the gun owners wish to be armed against are simply a problem we have to put up with.
* That making it harder to get firearms legally will reduce their illegal use just like making it harder to get a prescription will cut down on the illicit drug trade.
* That it’s tragic when a child dies in a firearms accident and we must pass restrictive laws to prevent it but children poisoned by household chemicals are simply unavoidable accidents.
* That I don’t need a gun therefore no one needs one and I have the right to impose that belief and will on everyone else.
* That stupidity can be cured by legislation.
* That societies with less guns have less killings by guns. Just like societies with less cars have less vehicular homicide.
* That criminals who rob to support their drug habit can afford $65 a minute in ammunition for their automatic “Weapon of choice.”
* That with nationwide gun control the entire nation can be as safe as NYC, LA and Chicago.
* That since a gun isn’t 100% effective for self defense you should get rid of it along with your first aid kit and fire extinguisher since they aren’t 100% effective either.
* That if Chicago were to legalize firearms it would have shootouts in the streets which never happens now.
* That it’s wrong to use tax dollars to finance private political agendas unless that agenda is to ban guns.
* That a “safe gun” will help stop criminal misuse of firearms like “safe sex” works to stop rape.
* That a cop with felonies on his record is safe with a fully automatic weapons and a churchgoing mother with a parking ticket as her worst crime is unfit to use a pistol to protect her child.
* That a suicide who used a gun would still be alive if they’d used a knife or hanged themselves.
* That someone’s suicide is a problem for the rest of us that would be prevented if we gave up our guns.
* That alcohol is acceptable in private as long as the user doesn’t use it while driving. But mere possession of a gun is a threat to others.
* That gun owners are unwilling to compromise which is why there are only 20,000 gun laws in the US.
* That criminals are better shots than civilians because of all the time they spend on the practice range.
* That since criminals are better shots by the logic above one is safer by not shooting back but just waiting for them to run out of ammo.
* That it’s reasonable to assume an accident would have been lethal if the victim wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, and reasonable to assume that an armed defender would have been safe even if they didn’t have a gun.
* That one accidental death is too many but thousands of people dying because the means of self-defense was not available is unavoidable and not worthy of mention.
* That we should ban guns because people have a “right to feel safe” but the right to feel safe by owning firearms for defense is not valid.
* That it’s outrageous to count 18 and 19 year-old parents as “children” for statistical purposes but perfectly acceptable to count them as children for purposes of exaggerating gun deaths among “children.”
* That a zero-tolerance policy is bad regarding drugs but a zero-tolerance policy is good regarding guns.
* That martial arts is a better form of self-defense and can defeat an armed opponent but we still need to ban guns because of the danger they present to those few people who don’t know karate.
* That government officials can be trusted with automatic weapons but private citizens cannot because of the number of people they kill while kicking in doors without search warrants.

You just have to love the logic some people use to try to control the rest of the population. Mostly it is “do as I say, not as I do.” Frankly, that isn’t good enough for me.

With the federal government actively ignoring certain laws and enforcing others to extremes, what is going on?  When did the federal government become the masters of We the People instead of our servant?  Certainly the Constitution sets many limits on the federal government which are being ignored and while congress and the presidents have continually been trying to erode those things which have made this country great.  Add to that the fact that our national guard, those defenders of each State and set up for the defense of American Citizens are being turned into something else entirely and something for which I hold great fear instead of respect.  As an example, check out their website:

31E – INTERNMENT / RESETTLEMENT SPECIALIST

Description

Internment / Resettlement Specialists in the Army are primarily responsible for day-to-day operations in a military confinement/correctional facility or detention/internment facility. Internment / Resettlement Specialists provide rehabilitative, health, welfare, and security to US military prisoners within a confinement or correctional facility; provide custody, control, supervision and security to internees within a detention/internment facility; conduct inspections; prepare written reports; coordinate activities of prisoners/internees and staff personnel.

Some of your duties as an Internment / Resettlement Specialist may include:

* Assisting with supervision and management of confinement and detention operations
* Providing internal or external security to confinement/corrections facilities or detention/internment facilities
* Providing custody, control, supervision and escort to all security levels of U.S. military prisoners or internees/detainees

Training

Job training for a Internment / Resettlement Specialist requires 19 weeks, one day of One Station Unit Training (OSUT) which includes Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training. Part of the training is spent in the classroom and part in the field. Some of the skills you’ll learn about:

* Unarmed Self-Defense Techniques
* Police Deviance and Ethics Procedures

Advanced level Internment / Resettlement Specialist supervise and train other Soldiers within the same discipline. As an advanced level Internment / Resettlement Specialist, you may be:

* Responsible for all personnel working in the confinement/correctional facility, including security, logistical, and administrative management of the prisoner/internee population
* Supervising and establishing all administrative, logistical and food support operations, confinement/correctional, custodial, treatment, and rehabilitative activities
* Conducting stand-alone operations, providing command and control, staff planning, administration and logistical services, and custody/control for the operation of an Enemy Prisoner of War/Civilian Internee (EPW/CI) camp, detainee internment facility

Civilian Related

The skills you’ll learn as a Internment / Resettlement Specialist will help prepare you for a future with federal, state, county or city law enforcement agencies. You might also be able to pursue a career as a security guard with industrial firms, airports or other businesses and institutions.

Why does it seem that the federal government is afraid of us?  Are we not all of the same country?  Does that mean that they are doing things which they should NOT be doing and so are forced to defend themselves against us???  Now, I really tried to cut something out of the above, but it seemed so important for people to see it all, read it all, and know exactly what is being sworn to.  So then I decided that I’d look up these oaths and see what they said because frankly, the above scares me. Here is what I found:

Is that why DHS has labeled veterans as right wing extremists? Is this how DHS supports our troops? When taking the oath, you accept the same demands now that American soldiers and Army civilians have Embodied since the Revolutionary War. The oath deals with values and ethics. The acceptance of and adherence to the leadership values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage will lead to successful and rewarding careers like those of the citizen soldiers who served in the early years.

These attributes are collectively referred to as the Army ethic. By instilling these values within each soldier and Army civilian, we can strengthen the professional Army ethic. While the Oaths are all about upholding the Constitution, they also specify some others like the acting POTUS, Governor of the State the national guard is stationed in, and so forth. So what happens when the National Guard receive an order to arrest the very people that they are there to protect and defend by a corrupt and tyrannical government such as the federal government is becoming? What happens when they are told to arrest American Citizens standing up for their Creator given rights or Constitutional privileges? Each National Guard member will have to answer that for themselves, but I would hope that they would think long and hard about coming after the Citizens of this country.  I would hope that they are familiar with the Oath Keepers! Most importantly, I would hope they would understand the oath they swore and would know if the orders given are in line with that oath.

There is that magic phrase there: I DO SOLEMNLY SWEAR (OR AFFIRM) THAT I WILL SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC. It is obvious to me that our founding fathers KNEW that there would be those that would rise to power and try to take over this country from within and so the oath is specific TO THE CONSTITUTION and against all those who would subvert it.  In this country, today, that subversion includes many in congress, the acting and 2 previous POTUS, DHS, the Commerce department, the federal reserve and central banks, and the IRS.

At this time also, Congress is getting behind Ron Paul’s H.R. 1207 which calls for an audit of the Federal Reserve banks.  Now, there are those in the banking industry who violently oppose this bill.  They are determined that it will not get passed, or, if it does, that it will be a rider along with a bill which would greatly strengthen the Federal Reserves power in financial matters.  Their opposition to this bill is based on falsehoods and lies.  All the bill seeks is an audit, nothing more, yet Ben Bernanke feels this would jeopardize the dealings and confidence of the Citizens of this country.  Just how is that possible?  The American People have bailed them all out.  The banks have taken trillions of dollars from us and don’t want to be accountable?  Oh Really?  Check out this video: It is very short, only 2:38 seconds.

(b) Under regulations of the Comptroller General, the Comptroller General shall audit an agency, but may carry out an onsite examination of an open insured bank or bank holding company only if the appropriate agency has consented in writing. Audits of the Federal Reserve Board and Federal reserve banks may not include—(and if these agencies do NOT consent?  It doesn’t happen)

(1) transactions for or with a foreign central bank, government of a foreign country, or non-private international financing organization; (remember, our government may NOT do this)

(2) deliberations, decisions, or actions on monetary policy matters, including discount window operations, reserves of member banks, securities credit, interest on deposits, and open market operations;

(3) transactions made under the direction of the Federal Open Market Committee; or

(4) a part of a discussion or communication among or between members of the Board of Governors and officers and employees of the Federal Reserve System related to clauses (1)–(3) of this subsection.

S. 604 is supposed to be the sister bill in the Senate for H.R. 1207, however, since it was introduced by Ben Bernanke I have my doubts. Some of the wording of this bill bothers me. I get the feeling that the bankers know more about this language than I can fathom.

(2) REPORT-

‘(A) REQUIRED- A report on the audit referred to in paragraph (1) shall be submitted by the Comptroller General to the Congress before the end of the 90-day period beginning on the date on which such audit is completed and made available to the Speaker of the House, the majority and minority leaders of the House of Representatives, the majority and minority leaders of the Senate, the Chairman and Ranking Member of the committee and each subcommittee of jurisdiction in the House of Representatives and the Senate, and any other Member of Congress who requests it.

‘(B) CONTENTS- The report under subparagraph (A) shall include a detailed description of the findings and conclusion of the Comptroller General with respect to the audit that is the subject of the report, together with such recommendations for legislative or administrative action as the Comptroller General may determine to be appropriate.’.

As you read the text here it seems to imply that someone OTHER THAN the Controller General will do the audit, that a summary report, (even though detailed), will be given to the Controller General, and in my view, changes nothing and continues business as usual…

Janet Napolitano wants the American people to pay for the criminal illegal aliens who are streaming across our borders so fast that the new guesstimate is between 28 and 30 million criminal illegal aliens.  Only one man here in Arizona is fighting for We the People and that is Sheriff Joe Arpaio.  We can’t depend on Mayor Phil Gordon whom I suspect is in the pay of special interest Hispanic groups like LaRaza and LULAC.

Apparently, Janet Napolitano doesn’t think we should enforce immigration laws.  Gosh what a surprise seeing as how the Obaminator can’t be bothered with laws either.  He lies and she allows illegal alien criminals to come here and set up home in a time when Americans are fighting for their lives just to stay afloat with the situation in the economy.  Now Napolitano has changed the 287 (g) rules to allow these criminals free access to our homes, our neighborhoods, our economy and we are just supposed to do what? Lay down and take it?  And she calls us terrorists!

Can you imagine?  We are talking federal laws here and this same federal agency says, “Don’t obey our laws!  Do as I say, not as the laws stipulate!”  Can you imagine a larger betrayal besides the mass extermination they are about to impose on all those within these united States?  Does the federal government expect Americans to be THAT STUPID?  I don’t think so.  Something tells me these fools are jumping the gun a might here…

To hell with Napolitano, the Obamination, and anyone else in the federal government who thinks that law and order don’t have any place in America!  Why even have a southern border if you are just going to throw open the doors and let the whole mob in?  Why even have a country with the mentality of the feds right now?  It seems to me that the Obamination and Napolitano wish to overthrow this country and send it straight to its grave.  Why even have Americans?  Why should Americans worry about papers if no one else has to have them?  Be real, get a grip on something besides your sexual organs there in D.C!  Napolitano wants us to throw open our doors and let the bastards in en mass! Sheriff Joe Arpaio is the only one standing up for We the People and trying to stem the flow of criminals coming from Mexico.  The President of Mexico: Felipe De Jesus CALDERON Hinojosa ships his citizens out as fast as he can and encourages them to leave and come here.  Why isn’t he on the terrorist watch list? Isn’t a mass invasion of a country something the U.N. should be shouting about?  Oh, ya, these are a bunch of effeminate, ineffectual blow hards.

IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT Better Controls Needed over Program Authorizing State and Local Enforcement of Federal Immigration Laws

ICE has designed some management controls to govern 287(g) program implementation, such as MOAs and background checks of state and local officers, but the program lacks other controls, which makes it difficult for ICE to ensure that the program is operating as intended. First, the program lacks documented program objectives to help ensure that participants work toward a consistent purpose. ICE officials stated that the objective of the program is to address serious crime, such as narcotics smuggling committed by removable aliens; however, ICE has not documented this objective in program materials. As a result, of 29 program participants reviewed by GAO, 4 used 287(g) authority to process individuals for minor crimes, such as speeding, contrary to the objective of the program. Second, ICE has not described the nature and extent of its supervision over participating agencies’ implementation of the program, which has led to wide variation in the perception of the nature and extent of supervisory responsibility among ICE field officials and officials from the participating agencies. ICE is statutorily required to supervise agencies participating in the 287(g) program, and internal control standards require an agency’s organizational structure to clearly define key areas of authority and responsibility. Defining the nature and extent of the agency’s supervision over this large and growing program would strengthen ICE’s assurance that management’s directives are being carried out. Finally, while ICE states in its MOAs that participating agencies are responsible for tracking and reporting data to ICE, in 20 of 29 MOAs GAO reviewed, ICE did not define what data should be tracked or how it should be collected and reported. Communicating to participating agencies what data is to be collected and how it should be gathered and reported would help ensure that ICE management has the information needed to determine whether the program is achieving its objective. ICE and program participants use resources.

Minor crimes? So I guess that everyone who commits a *minor crime* aught to be ignored???  What part of an illegal criminal alien doesn’t the government understand? Is this like dubya asking his lawyers to ok torture? Seems to me it is all the same! No respect for u.S. Citizens, no respect for law and order, no intention of upholding laws on the books, and screw the States who DO have laws and want to enforce them!  Is there no one who stands for the American people?  Do we elect nothing but betrayers?  Why do we have laws if they are to be ignored?  Should we start to ignore all the laws?  I mean, let’s do be real here, laws are to be obeyed unless we’re told to ignore them?

I’ve had a gut full of these whiny liars and thieves.   I’m sick and tired of the whole of the federal government betraying us.  They are supposed to work for us, protect us, do what is right for us and our country.  But instead they turn their backs on us at every opportunity.  Does being in government mean you sell  your soul for money and power?  Does it mean that whoever pays you the most earns your loyalty.

ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania (CNN) — A federal court Thursday struck down ordinances passed by Hazleton, Pennsylvania, that were intended to limit where illegal criminal aliens could live and work.

Last year, Hazleton passed the Illegal Immigration Relief Act Ordinance, which would have fined landlords who rented to undocumented immigrants and would have penalized companies that employed them.

Under another law, tenants would have had to prove they were citizens or lawful residents, register with the city and pay for a rental permit in order to receive an occupancy permit.

The ordinances were copied by other cities.

The court ruled that Hazleton cannot enact any ordinances dealing with illegal immigration because they conflict with the supremacy clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Now, call me stupid, but I don’t see how the Supremacy clause of the U.S. Constitution applies to illegal criminal aliens and either the State had some really stupid and incompetant lawyers or the judge has been bought off.  Read here:

Task of the Supreme Court Under the Clause: Preemption In applying the supremacy clause to subjects which have been regulated by Congress, the primary task of the Court is to ascertain whether a challenged state law is compatible with the policy expressed in the federal statute. When Congress legislates with regard to a subject, the extent and nature of the legal consequences of the regulation are federal questions, the answers to which are to be derived from a consideration of the language and policy of the state. If Congress expressly provides for exclusive federal dominion or if it expressly provides for concurrent federal-state jurisdiction, the task of the Court is simplified, though, of course, there may still be doubtful areas in which interpretation will be necessary. Where Congress is silent, however, the Court must itself decide whether the effect of the federal legislation is to oust state jurisdiction.

OK, so if Congress has passed a law against criminal illegal aliens or anyone harboring them, explain to me HOW on EARTH this federal judge came up with his ruling???  It has continued to amaze me that the Constitution applies to criminal illegals ANY WAY!!! The Constitution was written to apply to united States Citizens, NOT ILLEGAL ALIENS who are citizens of other countries! When did Mexico and these united States sign a treaty that says the U.S. would grant rights to aliens?  It most certainly IS NOT in the Constitution!  For that matter, the Constitution specifically gives States more power than the federal government.

How can things have gotten so warped that the federal courts have decided the rights of CITIZENS now apply to those who are not of this country, not citizens, and are also able to ignore  laws which state exactly what is to happen to them?  Why should we bother with laws that aren’t going to be enforced?  Why do federal courts have greater authority than State courts when it is specifically stated that the State rights supersedes the federal government at all times?  And why even have  a southern border if you don’t enforce it?

It is also amazing that specific federal laws concerning illegal aliens and that speak of deportation, fines, prison, etc.  can be ignored by these same federal judges!  Can you say bought and paid for justice?  Here are the federal laws ON THE BOOKS NOW regarding criminal illegal aliens:

§ 1324. Bringing in and harboring certain aliens

(a) Criminal penalties
(1)
(A) Any person who—
(i) knowing that a person is an alien, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever such person at a place other than a designated port of entry or place other than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien has received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States and regardless of any future official action which may be taken with respect to such alien;
(ii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;
(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;
(iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or
(v)
(I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
(II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,
shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).
(B) A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—
(i) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i) or (v)(I) or in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), or (iv) in which the offense was done for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both;

According to this, Janet Napolitano is guilty of all of the above.  I’d like to sue her for abandoning the American Citizens in favor of these criminal illegal aliens who spew forth from Mexico like a drunk vomits.  I wonder how someone like me could do that?  I’d really like to see some actual law enforcement on this issue.  Some real border security AND THEN WE’LL TALK ABOUT IMMIGRATION REFORM. Make Americans safe first.  Take care of business here at home before you start to talk about reforming something that is being ignored anyway!

The plaintiff seeks immediate temporary and permanent injunctive relief from the government, UN’s, WHO’s, DHS’s and HHS’s swine flu and other pandemic flu vaccination or other medication programs, as well as a declaratory judgment that those provisions of The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, the National Emergency Act, NATIONAL SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/NSPD 51 and HOMELAND SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/HSPD-20, International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza, or any other presidential waiver or directive or international law or act that abolishes or modifies the primacy of the US Preamble, Constitution and Bill of Rights, and restricts the civic rights assigned to citizens thereby, including military personnel, to refuse a vaccination, classified as a bioweapon by the government’s own definition, and is being administered to United States federal employees is in violation of federal law.

It seems that war has been declared on the Citizens of this country and this is how they intend to get rid of us.

The plaintiff in this case, Jane Burgermeister has filed criminal charges regarding the Swine/Avian Flu with the FBI. Jane Burgermeister is an Austrian Journalist who says she has the documentation to prove there is a plot by our government, the U.N, and the World Health Organization, (AKA W.H.O.), Baxter Pharmaceuticals/Laboratories and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology, and the swine/avian flu pandemic. She has filed suit in Austria as well as the court case here in these united States. Jane Burgermeister believes she has enough evidence to prove her case. These are a must read for everyone!

Evidence that an international corporate criminal syndicate,which has annexed high government office inside the United States, is intent on carrying out a mass genocide against the people of the United States by using an artificial (genetic) flu pandemic virus and a forced vaccination program to cause mass death and injury and depopulate America in order to transfer control of the United States to WHO, the UN and affiliated security forces (UN troops from countries such as China, Canada, the UK and Mexico etc).

These organisations are interacting with each other to develop and distribute biological weapons in secret.

They have leveraged funding through the banking system as well as through the drug trade they control.

They have leveraged technology to improve their capability to use biological agents to eliminate the population of the US by developing genetic viruses such as the bird flu and swine flu virus in labs.

They have developed vaccine companies to deliver the biological agents to the population through vaccines, which will be compulsory in the event of a pandemic.

They have positioned themselves to profit from any pandemic they themselves create by securing funding and lucrative contracts for “anti dote” vaccines with governments and international organisations such as WHO far in advance.

They have implemented an illegal and unconstitutional regulatory framework to compel people to accept mass vaccinations so that the people of America will not be allowed to refuse an untested vaccine and they will not be allowed to sue for compensation.

They have installed a covert infrastructure of genocide in the USA, including FEMA camps with incinerators and mass graves.

They have trained police and other security and health organisations such as Homeland Security and FEMA to carry out the programme of genocide, and to target American patriots calling for a return to the Constitution as terrorists.

They use organisations such as the CIA and the Freemasons, and means such as offshore bank accounts and blackmail, to carry out their covert plans.

They have made use of their control of the mainstream media to ensure that the people of America are given faulty information about the pandemic and so are more likely to accept the vaccines from the very same companies suspected of being involved in starting those same pandemics.

By eliminating the US population, they aim to acquire the resources and assets of the country at relatively little expense and without being held accountable because the programme of genocide is disguised as a necessary public health measure by the media and government agents they control.

They aim to introduce a new North American Union, including Canada and Mexico, under the authority of the Federal Reserve and patrolled by UN troops to maximise their political and economic control of the USA.

Specifically, evidence is presented that the vaccine company Baxter’s Austrian subsidiary deliberately released live bird flu virus in February, 2009, nearly triggering a pandemic.

According to § 175 (a) of BWATA, there is extraterritorial Federal jurisdiction over an offense under this section committed by or against a national of the United States

The amount of material was 72 kilograms.

This material was sent to 16 labs in four countries under a false label.

The 72 kilos of live bird flu virus was destined for the seasonal flu vaccine.

The deadly mixture of live bird flu virus and human flu virus were mixed in a Biosecurity level 3 facility, where basic protocol and procedures would make it impossible to ever mix a live virus bioweapon with vaccine material by accident.

The mixture was a super-wide spectrum combination H3N2 seasonal flu viruses and live, unlabeled H5N1 viruses. If both strains were to incubate and recombine in a human host, a virus could mutate via “reassortment” into a virulent airborne weapon that would cause a pandemic.

The material was not radiated before it was sent out, leaving the deadly virus alive.

It was only detected when a lab member in a lab in the Czech Republic tested a portion on ferrets and these died.

Lab staff in Austria and the Czech Rep were subsequently given preventative treatment against the bird flu in hospitals in Vienna, Austria.

There is evidence the Austrian Health Minister is involved in a cover up because he sent a vet to examine the incident and Baxter was given a green light to continue as before.

WHO supplied the live bird flu virus which Baxter used in its 72 kilos of contaminated material.

WHO has supplied the funding, licences and regulatory framework for the development of the bird flu virus in labs and the “anti-dote” vaccine.

WHO has deliberately and systematically suppressed and manipulated scientific facts on the virus and vaccines to serve the interests of the international crime syndicate group.

WHO issues talking points and statements that are propagandist in style and designed to sway public opinion in favour of the vaccine.

WHO has rushed to declare a pandemic level 6 in disregard for the science in order to justify commandeering, together with the UN, national US government agencies and authorities, setting up a control center in the WHO Pandemic Control Room which has supercomputers linked to the UN.

WHO redefined “Pandemic” as “Widespread, spreading from human to human but not particularly dangerous” changing it from its previous definition of “widespread, rapidly spreading and very dangerous.

Legislation is in place which would require Americans to either submit to vaccination once a pandemic is declared by either the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Governor of your State or both.

Refuse this vaccine and you will find yourself confined either as a felon without benefit of judge or jury if the offence is a State level one, or involuntarily incarcerated in Federal FEMA holding camps if the offence is a Federal one.

And on and on and on. There is no end to the allegations it seems. Read for yourself or be caught unaware. If this isn’t stopped, those responsible incarcerated, this country will cease to exist. And that is the whole point to this after all…

One of the things which confuses me is the fact that the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive was signed by Dubya. Why hasn’t he been named as a co-conspirator? Check out the link for this directive and you will see his name at the end of it. This means that this conspiracy has been in the works for at least the previous administration also. The Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA) was also signed into law by Dubya as it was instituted in 2002. So, more damning evidence that the previous administration was in cahoots with the objectives of these world organizations.

Now, think of the unConstitutionality of forcing the American Citizens to submit, either voluntarily or forced, to allowing a designated bioweapon to be injected into themselves.  Consider that as you drool over your first Black president and congratulate yourselves on being so non-racial.  Consider the fact that these vaccines will kill either you, your spouce,  your children, your grandchildren, grandparents, mothers, fathers, sisters and or brothers and imagine the hurt of being severely maimed by these same vaccines if you survive them.  Is this change we can believe in?

Like most people I have a healthy respect for local law enforcement.  Common sense tells us that if you are dealing with a police officer you cooperate.  You don’t get mouthy, you don’t force a confrontation, you cooperate.  But there are those just stupid enough to forget common sense either because of their position, believing they are above the law, or because they are just plain stupid.  You can also be stupid and be very smart either book wise or through intelligence.  Some of the most brilliant minds of today can’t be trusted to use a microwave oven, cook on the stove, text while driving, etc.  They simply have no common sense.  All that brain matter is taken up on analytical problems they are focused on.  Being smart intellectually doesn’t equate to having common sense.

Those who have read my blog before may remember that I am partial to cops.  The love of my life, now deceased, was a cop and a good one.  But he often told me of political biases within his department and being a good cop didn’t necessarily equate to promotion.  So, being a cop doesn’t mean that you are always right either.  But MOST cops, are good cops.  They care about people or they wouldn’t be in thier line of work.  Not only that, but they lay their lives on the line when it comes to push and shove just as firemen do.  Wouldn’t it be nice if we could say the same about those in congress?

So when this article about H.L.Gates came out and he started pulling the race card, I got suspicious.  A smart cop isn’t going to antagonize you.  He stays calm and reasonable and does so on purpose.  This cop wasn’t a newbie, he was a veteran of the police force, taught classes on racial profiling and how to avoid it.  The cop was NOT going that route, trust me.  Even if the cop was dirty he wouldn’t go that route because of dash cams, neighbors and passers-by.  Too many witnesses.

If you are Hispanic or Black it seems that all you have to do is pull the “RACE” card and it is an automatic  get out of jail free card.  The courts won’t support the laws, they’ve been bought and sold as we’ve seen lately with cases such as David Olofson and Ramos and Compean.  And with all the programs such as “Black in America” 1 and 2 who is going to argue with a black man??? Shouting racism is the new “fire in the theater” card. It gives you instant attention right or wrong and is very hard to deny.

Is this to say the police weren’t in the wrong? Hardly. As a person is familiar with the Cambridge/Boston PD, the prospect of some procedural malfeasance on their part is entirely believable if not an abject certainty.

But I’m also sure, the good doctor was talking some shit. The Ivy League Effect, when it’s potent, wouldn’t allow otherwise. It made Gates forget that, no matter what, even when you’re right, you don’t talk shit to the police. And that’s not a matter of manhood or pride; it’s a question of survival. Why? Because you’re Black before you’re a Harvard professor. Because, in an extreme case, you can’t tell your side of the story if you get shot reaching for your ID. As a Black man and a Harvard professor, Gates’ thought process should have been: “Wow. I am so thoroughly pissed right now. When this current situation is resolved and am out of harm’s way, I’m going down to the station and I’m going to use my considerable influence to make heads roll. But right now, I need to be the smart one, remember all the details and not give him any reason to escalate this situation.” That’s what any of my fellow colleagues have done, guns drawn on them at night in the middle of campus by the police. They didn’t get loud; they got smart. They diffused the situation, then got pissed and did something about it. And I assure you, they did so with much less juice than Dr. Gates.

Add to this the fact that Gate’s buddy is the Obamination and you can understand why Gates went off his nut at the cop. He was thinking HE was untouchable and the cop just touched him! < rolls eyes here > How stupid can you get?  Then the Obaminator jumps on the band wagon and calls Sgt. James Crowley stupid for arresting a combative suspect.  Of course, with all the illegal activities going on in the federal government now, the Obamanator just proved there is no respect for law and order in this country any more. Obama should make sure he has facts BEFORE making comments.  Here are Obama’s remarks:

“The Cambridge police acted stupidly when there was already proof” Gates was in his own home,” the president said. “What we know separate and apart from this incident is that there’s a long history in this country of African-Americans and Latino being stopped by policy disproportionately.”

Obama said the incident was poorly handled by police who seemed unwilling to believe that Gates actually lived in the house.

It sure must be nice to have someone that high up who’s got your back. No wonder Gates acted like an ass. He felt he was untouchable. I wonder when Gates decided he didn’t have to cooperate with police? Me, I side with the police officer. He was doing his job, investigating a possible crime, reported by a neighbor.   If we all act like the cops can’t do anything to us, how lawless would this country become?

Sgt. James Crowley, cop who arrested Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr., denies he’s racist

A defiant Cambridge, Mass., Sgt. James Crowley refused to apologize for the collar a day after Obama defended his Harvard professor pal in a prime-time news conference.

“I think he was way off base wading into a local issue without knowing all the facts,” Crowley, 42, who teaches a course on racial profiling to police academy students, told Boston radio station WBZ-AM.

“I acted appropriately. I’ve done nothing wrong.”

In his comments on the whole thing, the Obaminator made allusions to the fact that Blacks and Latinos are picked up routinely without probable cause. Ummmm, that’s a lie! Probable cause for Latinos is the fact that 82% of the criminal illegal aliens are Latinos and are breaking our borders on a daily basis showing no respect and little care for the laws or the Sovereignty of this country and the ground they are crossing. Destruction of the land in those areas used by these criminal illegals is incredible!  The land is very fragile in those areas.  If Latinos want to gain respect, they should stop the flow of illegal criminal aliens into this country. Then they wouldn’t have a target tattooed on their foreheads for who they are. DUH, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out.

As for Blacks, it is of concern that they are still picked on for their skin color. However, I’m sure that the cops everywhere are making great strides in that area and to focus on ONE incident just proves have favoritism on the Obamination’s part comes into play.

Obama, who said police had acted “stupidly” by arresting and booking Gates, said he talked with the arresting officer, Sgt. Jim Crowley, and said he wanted “to make clear that in my choice of words I think I unfortunately gave an impression that I was maligning the Cambridge Police Department or Sergeant Crowley specifically — and I could have calibrated those words differently. And I told this to Sergeant Crowley.”

The Obaminator went on to give a boo-hoo comment about how Blacks are sensitive about this issue. Never having been black I couldn’t say. However, I am a woman. I know just how much justice works for women when it comes to being raped or beaten and how well the laws work for us. It is a man’s world out there no matter what they tell you. Just try to get equal pay when you are a woman!

I really believe that if H.L. Gates hadn’t gotten that Ivy League Stupid in his head, *that you can’t touch me*, indignation and used such crass and foul language with Sgt. James Crowley, he never would have been arrested.  But get stupid with a cop, get diarrhea of the mouth and guess what?  You will get arrested!  For a smart man such as Gates is supposed to be, (he’s director of the W.E.B. Du Bois Institute for African and African American Research), he should have done things much differently.  Remember that next time you start out with STUPID tattooed across your forehead!  You may not have friends in high places such as Gates does.

Even the Obaminator will have to consider his thoughts and words before making statements he has to back up from in the future.  He was all bent over his good buddy being arrested, never thinking that Gates might have provoked the situation.  My, my, has everyone learned their lessons yet?  I sure hope so.  This media coverage of trivial situations is pathetic!

Last thing I’ve got to wonder is when we will get sick and tired of the *Race* card being pulled on every situation where someone doesn’t like what is happening to them?  If you ask me, this is one bullshit card.  It reminds me of Chicken Little running around screaming, *The sky is falling!  The sky is falling!”  Stop hiding behind your mama’s skirts people and man up!  If you deserve to have yourself double-checked  like Hispanics, then don’t cry about it when it happens.  If you abuse this country, don’t cry about getting caught.  Stop being wusses and grow a set.  Break the law- go to jail.  Break immigration laws, get deported. Most of all, get stupid around a cop and go to jail.

Talk about media idiots!  I’ve just read a few articles where Media Matters is freaking out because CNN’s Lou Dobbs actually mentions what so many others refuse to, that Obama’s certificate of live birth may not be worth anything legally and makes Obama  ineligible to be the President.  Seems the media  feels they have some right to censor Mr. Dobbs because he is actually covering what these cowards refuse to.  Wow!  Actual mainstream media coverage of a story that simply won’t die, imagine that!!!

Obama, (AKA Barry Soetoro), could have laid this all to rest 2 years ago but has flatly refused to do so.   When you consider Obama has spent close to $1 million dollars to fight showing 1 document, it rather makes you wonder what it is he has to hide???  In fact, many lawsuits are pending which, if the suits win, would force Obama to produce a real birth certificate and PROVE once and for all that he IS eligible to be POTUS.  <sarc> Can you imagine, wanting verification that Obama is eligible to be POTUS???  </sarc> < rolls eyes here >  Lame stream media is going from bad to worse with its *I don’t want to know don’t tell me* favoritism towards Obama.  And I guess $1 million dollars is cheaper than facing the ramifications of not being able to prove he is a legal citizen of this country…

The issue is that Lou Dobbs had a very small section of his  program cover Obama’s certificate of live birth.  This is NOT a birth certificate; it contains no hospital information nor doctor’s signature as a REAL birth certificate would.  And, the law in Hawaii states that if a baby is born to a citizen of Hawaii they may apply for a certificate of live birth whether or not the baby was born in Hawaii, (see below article).  Here is what Lou Dobbs said:

DOBBS: Another issue, and that is the birth certificate. This thing is, you know, I don’t know about you, I’m getting calls now. Often. And I’m not talking about (INAUDIBLE). We saw Mike Castle, Congressman Castle in Delaware. I mean he had a meeting, Don, actually — that became the focus, the president’s birth certificate.

There are those who claim that he was born, Don, in a different country. I — you know, the president, obviously, all he has to do is just produce the original birth certificate in Hawaii and be done with it.

What are your listeners saying about this? Or are they dismissing it?

Don GIORDANO from WPHT: No, they’re not dismissing it, Lou, in fact, we’re the kind of the capital city of the birthers. The guy named Phil Berg who is a personal friend.

And that was the extent of it.  Short, no finger pointing, just a mention of it and what listeners, (Citizens of this Democratic Republic), have to say.  It isn’t that Lou Dobbs made the accusation that Obama’s certificate of live birth wasn’t valid, oh no, he only brought on his show people who were interested in the subject and acknowledged that it was around. He makes no claims and doesn’t seek to disparage Obama.  All Lou Dobbs mentions is that this is an issue that just won’t die!  Then I found this previous mention of Obama’s birth on CNN’s Lou Dobbs:

THE Latest from U.S. army reserve major Stefan Cook who refused deployment to Afghanistan, proclaimed his orders were illegal because President Obama wasn’t born in United States which makes him ineligible to be president and commander in chief. The major’s orders for deployment to Afghanistan were rescinded. An army spokeswoman told us the major volunteered to go to Afghanistan and could rescind his request at any time up to his deployment. This is what the army said. Based on the fact that he no longer wished to serve on active duty and at the request of central command his orders were revoked on July 14.

Now the major’s attorney is challenging the legitimacy of the Obama presidency in court. She joins a lawsuit by former presidential candidate Alan Keys who wants documentary proof the president was born in the United States. President Obama was born in Hawaii according to state officials and copies of his certification of birth, factcheck.org, investigating those circumstances prior to the election and they have a copy of what they say is the original birth certificate posted on their website. It is in fact the so-called short form, not the original document. It is really a document saying that the state of Hawaii has the real document in its possession. White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs in May said Hawaii provided a copy of the birth certificate with the state seal that’s posted on the internet.

Documentary proof need to run by office, by the way, varies from state to state. The Federal Election Commission, you may be surprised to learn, does not require any kind of certification or proof of citizenship in running for president. They leave that to the state. And in the state of Illinois, for example, where President Obama first ran for office, proof of citizenship is not required prior to the state legislature or to run for congress or for the United States senate.

As you can see CNN’s Lou Dobbs is only stating the facts as brought to him. He never makes any judgments or speculations and points to places like factcheck.org. Dobbs isn’t accusing Obama of anything or even stating that he believes there might be a problem.  What is Media Matters problem? And why is it that Media Matters  seems to think it is a CNN problem and that Lou Dobbs should be *dealt with* for even mentioning it???  Both CommonDreams. org and Alternet.net ran the following for Media Matters, a hard left-wing supporter of Obama.  When you view what was said on Lou Dobbs’ show and then read these outrageous headlines, they look positively pompous and I’m surprised that both CommonDreams and Alternet ran the articles.  Perhaps I’ll have to rethink using these as article sources of information.

CNN’s Lou Dobbs has, by all appearances, gone mad. He now questions the citizenship status of the president on a daily basis, and tells his audience that he’s a victim of a “liberal media” conspiracy.

CNN has taken to debunking its own host over and over again.

In the wake of Lou Dobbs’ repeated claims on the July 15 edition of his radio show that President Obama needs to “produce a birth certificate” and that Obama’s birth certificate posted online has “some issues,” several of Dobbs’ CNN colleagues as well as other members of the media have debunked Obama birth certificate theories, often ridiculing those who embrace such theories as “nut jobs” who advance “ludicrous” claims that are “more conspiratorial than factual.” Indeed, according to the Los Angeles Times, CNN distanced itself from Dobbs’ comments. Reporter James Rainey wrote: “[O]ne CNN employee reminded me several times that Dobbs’ most pointed assertions were made on his radio program, which is unconnected to CNN.”

Now, I haven’t heard the Lou Dobbs radio show.  I can’t seem to get it up on my computer.  But talk about theatrical headlines! Hysteria!  The moaning and gnashing of teeth!  Sheesh, can it get any more horrific than these headlines when the actual truth is so far beneath this? Plaaaaleze! Where does Obama get off on being the only public official with a license to privacy? It doesn’t work that way and the fact that there is so much pressure to keep this silent and off the media channels makes me think there is good reason for investigation. Something on the order of the Bush administration’s war crimes and torture ya know???  Again, both of these articles came from the Media Matters site which is KNOWN for cherry picking their facts. I wouldn’t trust anything they said or showed me unless also supported by indisputable proof.

In searching for the laws concerning a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth, I came across this:

What Fukino’s press release says is they have Obama’s “original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.” It says nothing about him being born in Hawaii.

If my daughter was running for President, they could say the exact same thing. My daughter was adopted in Hawaii, her original birth certificate is on file and she has a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth – but she was born in South Korea to Korean nationals.

Not sure when this article was written so you may not have known about the lawsuit from Leo Donofrio (Donofrio vs Wells) that is currently in the US Supreme Court. If it was written today 11/21/08 (or yesterday) and you didn’t mention THIS case, it just goes to demonstrate another case of journalistic malpractice.

So all this sort of throws a whammy into the Obaminator’s claim of *citizenship* don’t you think? If it is that easy to get a certificate of live birth without being born in these united States, surely there was no obstacle for Obama…

Usually the certification is stamped and signed on the lower reverse side of the document and says “I certify this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file in the Hawaii State Department of Health.”

So, the conclusion I come to is that Obama should put up or shut up.  Spending 1 million dollars to quash all questions concerning this information is not helping his case.  With 16 or more lawsuits against him pending concerning his birth and proving he is eligable to be POTUS, don’t you think it is about time that he answered the questions seriously and just gave us the information sought after???  It seems to me it is those who don’t want the boat rocked that need to wake up and smell the coffee instead of censoring legitimate questions.  Don’t like it?  Tough.

This is rather personal.  I’ve checked out the threat level according to the Department of Homeland Security, which is still at Yellow, or elevated.  It has been there for so long though that no one pays any attention to it anymore.  You become immune when the threat is constant.  But today I realized that it doesn’t matter what the threat level is, privacy in Amerika is dead.

My daughter is moving to Phoenix.  She is coming by bus and to save some money on travel she decided to send some of her stuff via United States Postal Service.  To her surprise, even after she was told the clerk what she was shipping they informed her that her packages would be opened and searched.  When she asked why, the person behind the counter mumbled it was due to the Patriot Act.  Now, she isn’t selling anything, she isn’t purchasing anything from outside these united States, she is sending her own stuff to herself.  The postal service has taken it upon itself to open all mail and packages sent through their offices.

In an age of technology we know that our internet email, IM’s, cell phones, and text messages are all being recorded, saved, and monitored for terrorist activities. With all the Arab countries out there to take these people in, why is it that the acting POTUS feels WE should take them in? We are drowning in aliens from other countries, not that they aren’t welcome, but how many more do we need?  Soon there will be nothing left of our culture, our heritage, even our language or religions.  And why is it that without even asking the taxpayer if this would be OK with us, Obama simply confiscates another 20.3 Million dollars for more aliens to come to this already stressed economy? But of course, they, (the Palestinians), would never commit terrorist acts nor have ties to terrorists!  And what is 20.3 million dollars anyway when you consider the federal governments outrageous spending in the trillions of dollars which is magically made up out of thin air???

H.R. 1388 passed also and was signed into law.  You remember the Give Act right?  Talk about Nazi Germany and the youth corps.  Talk about indoctrination.  Talk about the subversion of the American People.  Remember mandatory volunteerism, (another oxymoron!)?  The most giving country and people in the world, first to respond anywhere in the world when something devastating happens, and now we are going to be mandated to volunteer!!! Can someone tell me where the United States I knew went?  I seem to have woken up in a third world country where all my freedom/choices have been taken away and I am dictated to by a Congress out of touch with me or my needs or the country they are supposed to represent.  Money buys a lot these days when it comes to foreign governments!

When I talk about freedom I’m not just talking about the freedoms and rights discussed in the Constitution or its Amendments.  I’m talking about our Creator given rights.  Those are ones that GOD gave to human beings, the right to choose for ourselves how we live, the right to say what is on our minds, the right to make our own decisions/choices and not have someone else make them for us.  Who says that Congress even has a clue what is good for US any more?  Especially when they think mandatory volunteerism is a good idea?  When did becoming an adult in this country mean that you were suspected of every despicable or terrorist deed imaginable?  And when did the adult population lose their ability to decide right from wrong, good from bad, or any other choice there is to make?  Who gave Congress the right to tell me what I can say, think, or do in my own home or even walking down the street?  Public lands belong to We the People, not a State or Federal Government.  How dare they sell our national treasures to foreign governments or the rich???  This country is made up of Citizens.  Who gave Congress or Obama permission to sell us out?

I do not recall the Constitution or any of its amendments giving anyone the right to not be offended by the choices that others make or what they say and yet one has only to consider political correctness or the anti-smoking propaganda or Christians versus gays to see that there are those who feel that their rights are more important than someone elses.

Being politically correct is nothing more than censorship if by speaking your mind you suddenly become a terrorist as defined in the DHS Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.   And while I’ve noticed they removed their DHS Lexicon, (dictionary defining extremism), they have not withdrawn, or backed off of, nor apologized for, the above report which is more damning than anything else ever put out by this paranoid department and aimed at the Citizens of this country instead of real terrorists.

We also have the federal government spending so extremely that our children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and so on become slaves of the *State* to pay off the debts by this same an out of control federal government.  Yet Citizens are conned into being doped up, (brain dead), manipulated, controlled, and called a terrorist if we DARE to question this spending or think for themselves or to question those who are consistently legislating our freedoms away from us.  Who told the federal government they had a right to OUR money in the first place?  They do not own us!  And we should abolish the federal reserve and go back to printing our own money.  I don’t care what the feds promised the federal reserve, they had no right to make those deals.

Time and time again I hear, “Obama is doing his best under the circumstances which exist.”  Bull pucky!  I do NOT accept this as truth or fact.  Neither Congress nor the acting POTUS is doing what is best for us or for this country.  Both are selling out or off any assets that We the People own.  They are all bought and paid for by the elite of this world, (U.N.), who are acting for THEIR OWN BENEFIT, not this country’s nor its Citizens.  Do NOT kid yourselves into believing that propaganda.  They are working to make you and I a slave, and that is the final truth.

Most of us who think outside the box know that the story put out concerning the 9-11 incident is a lie.  The facts simply do not add up to the official story.  The twin towers were designed to withstand a 747 impact, burn and yet remain standing. No other buildings in the recorded history of the world has ever collapsed in free fall except by demolition. Accounts of hearing secondary blasts, videos recording those explosions, the testimony of experts and witnesses all say the same thing, the government lied and is covering up the truth.  Who could have arranged that???  All the legislation based on that lie, PATRIOT ACT and others, should never have been passed and/or should be repealed. Yet these laws stand and, in fact, have been renewed and expanded and Citizens are forced to go through checks, show their papers, etc. if they wish to enter a federal building or board a plane while the criminal illegal aliens streaming across our borders, stealing our identities, voting in our elections, etc. remain unchallenged, unchecked, and is being defended!  Instead of focusing on known terrorists, criminals, (which includes the illegal criminal aliens), they target Citizens.  Instead of allowing us to disagree, as is our God given right, the government calls US terrorists!  Is this upside down and backwards or what?  WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT!

So, do we have a government FOR We the People?  Is our government OF We the People?  Or has it been taken over by self-serving bureaucrats?  Certainly they seem to have lost sight of what is important in this world; freedom, responsibility, common-sense, hard work, and the normal day to day working stiff.  Invasion, whether by electronic snooper, propaganda OR the Post Office should be abolished and should warrent an all out defense of the united States and her Citizens, yet that is not happening.  Our government acts as though it fears us, and maybe it should so long as it walks the communist line and treats us like an enemy.

The Post Office claims that it is losing money on shipping and handling but, as has come to light, it is due more to the invasion of privacy and their policy to buy homes for their employees that We the People are paying for.  How dare they charge us to snoop on us?  Who gave then the right to buy mansions for their employees?  Remember that the next time you decide to send a package via the postal service.  These are Amerikans betraying Americans.  Privacy in this new Amerika is dead.

I came across this article by Tom DeWeese.  He is one of my heroes because he tells the truth even if the rest of the world doesn’t want to hear it.  He lectures about the evils of the United Nations and their attempt to promote fraud upon the People of these united States.  If we do not make our views clear, if we do not shout from the rooftops that we will NOT obey this fraud, our leaders will cuddle up to these bad men and sign us all up for the fast train to Auschwitz.

Open Letter to the City of Spokane

Spokane signed on to the United Nations ICLEI Climate Protection Campaign in 2001. Since then, the city has spent money, resources and time attempting to comply with the requirements of ICLEI. The rationale for the program was to comply with the United Nations sponsored Kyoto Protocol to reduce GHG emissions.

The basis for the rationale is the United Nations Summary Reports for Policymakers of several years. The City of Spokane assumed that the United Nations IPCC made truthful statements about the effects of GHG emissions and especially carbon dioxide emissions on the earth’s climate.

We now know without a shadow of doubt that the UN IPCC lied and is still lying about the effects of our carbon dioxide and other GHG emissions on climate.

Most blatantly, the IPCC represented to the City a chart of the supposed carbon dioxide content of our atmosphere for the last 10,000 years.

This chart claims carbon dioxide concentration was below about 280 ppm until present times and suggests that only recently have human emissions caused the carbon dioxide concentration to increase dramatically to the present 385 ppm.

The IPCC further claims our emissions, if not curtailed, will cause carbon dioxide concentration to continue to increase with the result being a significant increase in global temperature.

These IPCC claims are lies and a fraud.

The truth shows that the City has been subject to this fraud of the highest order. This fraud has causing significant damage and harm to the citizens of Spokane and if continued, it will cause very serious damage. Indeed, it is the opinion of this writer that the City has a legal basis for a cause of action against those who have perpetuated this fraud.

To respond to the carbon dioxide claim, true scientific data show that we had higher concentrations of carbon dioxide in 1820 and 1940 than we do now.

True atmospheric science shows that we had periods in the last 10,000 years when carbon dioxide was much higher than shown on the IPCC ICLEI chart. True atmospheric science shows that ocean temperatures, not human emissions, control our earth’s carbon dioxide concentrations. True atmospheric science shows that carbon dioxide has negligible effect on climate, does not drive climate but only piggybacks on natural climate change.

Prior to the promotion of the global warming fraud, the UN IPCC had access to scientific information that disproved its hypothesis that human carbon dioxide causes significant global warming.

Nevertheless, the UN IPCC produced Summary Reports for Policymakers that ignored and contradicted the input of scientists. The IPCC claimed to have a “consensus” of scientists on its side when it did not and does not.

Participating scientists who were betrayed by the UN IPCC Summary Reports wrote an Open Letter to the IPCC which states the scientific truth.

Here is a summary of the 2007 Open Letter signed by 101 scientists:

1- UN IPCC reports do not represent the input, views or consensus of scientists.
2- Changes in glaciers, sea-level, species, etc., are not evidence of abnormal climate change.
3- Climate models cannot predict climate (even IPCC reps agree).
4- Significant peer-reviewed research has discredited the global warming hypothesis.
5- We need more low-cost, reliable energy to adapt to natural climate change.
6- There is no scientific basis to cut CO2 emissions.
7- It is not shown that CO2 alters climate.
8- It is not possible to stop climate change.
9- The “precautionary principal” is irrational.
10- Reducing CO2 emissions is a tragic misallocation of resources.
11- Reducing CO2 emissions will decrease our ability to adapt to climate change.
12- Reducing CO2 emissions will increase human suffering.

Here are the 2009 conclusions of the Japanese Science Society:

1- The earth warming is not due to CO2.
2- Solar activity drives global temperatures.
3- The 1500-year solar cycle is confirmed.
4- The Pacific Decadal Oscillation, not CO2, drives temperatures.
5- We are now entering 20-30 years of cooling.
6- The IPCC global warming hypothesis is invalid.

The UN IPCC, ICLEI and all supporting groups like the Sierra Club, knowingly and purposely perpetuated a fraud upon the citizens of the City of Spokane. Their purpose is their own political agenda.

This sustainability proposal, and its companion proposals in some 400 cities across America, is but a small step to brainwash Americans into believing they must give up their abundant energy sources in order to save the planet. This is an evil delusion.

Once these small steps are locked in, the agenda of our enemies will continue with the help of our laws, some lawyers, our brainwashed citizens and our elected politicians.

This agenda, my dear friends, is nothing less than to dramatically reduce the standard of living of America and turn America into a third world country. The seemingly nice, feely-goody sustainability proposals are evil steps leading America to self-imposed destruction.

Here are some of the invalid assumptions built in to the sustainability proposal.

1- natural is optimal (natural is not defined)
2- climate is fragile
3- climate change can be mitigated
4- our carbon dioxide emissions change our climate
5- carbon dioxide is bad and dirty
6- oil is bad
7- oil is going to disappear soon (peak oil)
8- green is good
9- green jobs are good
10- alternative energy is good
11- wind energy is good
12- by omission, nuclear is bad
13- packing people in a city is good
14- living outside a city is bad
15- energy costs are world controlled
16- we cannot produce cheap, reliable energy in America

These assumptions are not supported by science or technology. These assumptions are brainwashing.
Sustainability is built on a foundation of sand. It consists not of truth but of feelings.

Sustainability is a religion. Governmental enforcement of a religion is against the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Sustainability forces decisions to be made on unfounded criteria. It forces decisions to favor more costly alternatives. In the end it will help destroy our economy.

The false assumptions in the sustainability proposal are used to support the following scientifically false and economically costly conclusions:

1- emphasize renewable energy
2- replace hydrocarbon fuels with ethanol, even though it emits more CO2 than using hydrocarbon fuels and it increases food costs
3- promote and track carbon sequestration
4- make it expensive for people to outside a city
5- the energy saving value of packing people in a city trumps the personal desire to live outside a city
6- incentivize green jobs and green businesses
7- reduce city’s oil consumption and GHG emissions
8- reduce vehicle size
9- use electric vehicles
10- reporting systems and bureaucracies to monitor GHGs
11- hire sustainability officers
12- coordinate sustainability efforts
13- align efforts with federal efforts
14- create a culture of sustainability

All of the above are costs that can be eliminated from government. They should be eliminated because they waste voters money.

Damages from the fraud include all the direct costs to implement the ICLEI GHG agenda.

It is time to stop jumping on the U.N. bandwagon and fight for our country and our freedoms. We cannot allow those now in power to think they can perpetrate fraud upon the American Peoples and get away with it.  Write your Congressman or woman and tell them to stop the fraud.  Contact your city leaders and tell them to STOP THE FRAUD! The American people are not cattle to be hearded into cities and penned.  Our national parks and recreation areas are not for sale to foreign governments.  The Citizens of this country make the rules, not those we elect.  Make your voices heard before it is too late.

More proof that the FDA is totally incompetant when it comes to the American Citizen’s health has come to light again.  New efforts to force GE/GMO wheat on the American public without our knowledge is at last meeting some opposition.  But with companies like Monsanto and Bayer Crop Science, it seems to be only a matter of time before we find these frankenfoods growing wild and polluting the food sources of this country.   The ability of these GMO/GE plants to infest non-GE/GMO plant sources during pollination is incredible.  And how Monsanto was ever allowed to patent life is beyond me.  God created the female of the species for that purpose.  But with that patent they can follow wind currents and then sue the farmers of neighboring fields because Monsanto’s adulterated spawn have now contaminated, and taken over, other farmer’s fields.  Our food supply is in peril and the FDA refuses to see or hear how much American’s don’t want these toxic products in their foods.  The evidence mounts that the FDA is a corporate flunky and not, as their mission statement says:

The FDA is responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, medical devices, our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.

The FDA is also responsible for advancing the public health by helping to speed innovations that make medicines and foods more effective, safer, and more affordable; and helping the public get the accurate, science-based information they need to use medicines and foods to improve their health.

As you can see, the FDA has failed miserably in its assignment and now Congress wants to give it even more powers?  Who are they kidding here?  This is nothing but a money generating corporation for the federal government.  The FDA refuses to require the labeling of GM/GMO foods and so Americans don’t know what they are eating.  What’s in that can of corn  you opened and served for dinner?  How about that cornbread mix or any other corn product?  Does it contain GM products?

Places like Austria, Hungary, Iran, and Germany have banned the use of GM products in their countries.  And while the EU has had a ban on them, they are considering lifting it.  At the very least those foods which contain GM products MUST be labeled as such.  We don’t even have that much protection here in these united States.

Evidence shows that as early as 1994 pesticide chemicals were affecting species which were not meant to be affected.  The government has known this for a long time.  Yet bowing to corporate  greed, they ignore their own science and continue to allow companies such as Monsanto and Bayer Crop Science to exist and to pollute our environment

Do not believe for a second that the government isn’t fully aware of these toxins.  Yet daily you are consuming them without knowing it.  No labeling has to include a list of toxic ingredients found in your food product.  Proof can be found on the U.S. governments USDA marketing site. Still think the FDA or the federal government has your best interests at heart?  Think the current Obama administration doesn’t know?  Think again…

And contamination of our food supply is not limited to what is grown in the ground.  Even fish are becoming hazardous to our health. Dr. Robert P. Friedland, a neurologist from the University of Louisville, is now warning that fish, raised in farms, may have been contaminated by Creutzfeldt Jakob disease, or mad cow disease.  Dr. Friedland says that by feeding these farmed fish cattle byproducts, which they could never get in the wild, we are opening up the possibility of these fish acquiring mad cow disease and passing it on to humans.

Friedland and co-authors raise the issue in the Journal of Alzhemier’s Disease and call on food regulators to ban feeding cow bone or meat to farmed fish until it can be determined if the practice of feeding fish cow-parts is safe.

“We have not proven that it’s possible for fish to transmit the disease to humans. Still, we believe that out of reasonable caution for public health, the practice of feeding rendered cows to fish should be prohibited,” Friedland said. “Fish do very well in the seas without eating cows.”

I can’t begin to tell you just how much I don’t want to see them wait for this to manifest in this or any other country.  Mad cow disease is a horrible disease and very preventable.  Yet with feeding these fish cow parts, there is no guarantee that the fish won’t carry this disease.

With this in mind, one can assume that the hormones and antibiotics these cattle are fed could also be getting into these fish and contaminating our food supply.  Evidence damning the FDA just keeps mounting!  Do you think for one second that Congress and the acting POTUS don’t know of this?  Do you think that anyone in Congress or the acting POTUS or the FDA actually give a shit about your health or mine?  There is none so blind as those who refuse to see!

Those agencies supposed to protect us as consumers seem bound, set, and determined to poison us. Who then can we trust? Certainly not the huge farming corporations which mass produce food. These are the farms using those pesticides and cow byproducts.  It is the small family farms that grow organic which are our only hope and then it is so long as their fields aren’t contaminated with either pesticides or GM/GMO pollutants.

Even our water has become a source of concern.  Hormones in the water as well as antidepressants and pain killers have rendered our water increasingly toxic.  Imagine then what watering our plants and animals with this water does to them.  Male frogs are now being found to produce female eggs.  A Huffington post article had this in March of 2008:

Poisoned Waters – PBS Frontline Investigation

Three decades after the passage of the Clean Water Act, many of our waterways are still too polluted for fishing or swimming. Chemicals banned long ago continue to enter our drinking water, and new chemicals are so disruptive to life that male fish and frogs are becoming feminized and producing eggs. That’s just not right! Imagine what these chemicals are doing to our children. Poisoned Waters explores some sources of this persistent water pollution.

Chesapeake Bay, the country’s largest estuary, is like a canary in a coal mine, warning of environmental disasters which lie ahead. In Chesapeake Bay, it’s not uncommon to find frogs with six legs or male frogs with ovaries. Like most of American’s waterways, Chesapeake Bay is in trouble.

Frogs have long been the herald of a future to come for human beings.  If the frogs are showing signs of mutation, how long before we humans will be born with 6 legs?  How long before the men start to produce ovaries instead of, or along side of, their male testicles?

The decline worries scientists because amphibians such as frogs respond to environmental dangers before other species.

“Atrazine is the most commonly used herbicide in the U.S. and probably the world,” the researchers wrote in their report, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. “It can be present at several parts per million in agricultural runoff and can reach 40 parts per billion in precipitation.”

As far as I’m concerned there has been zero *Change we can believe in.* The FDA should stand for MOST *Failed Department Around.* The USDA’s name should be changed to *Use, Screw, Damage All.* These agencies have become locked into payoffs from Corporations which will destroy the earth and human beings along with it.  The payoffs the people these agencies are made up of are part of the revolving door which so defines our legislators and government in general.  They cannot be trusted to do the jobs they were hired for.  It is up to Americans.

As for the Obama administration, we can already see the effects of his cap and trade bogus plan.  I’m not sure how many have looked at your recent utility bills but a new *environmental tax* has been added.  Those tax increases meant for polluters are now being passed on to customers through increases tacked onto your utility bills.  The water bill we just got had a 3 plus dollar increase.  This will add almost $40.00 over a years time to just 1 utility bill.  Add in the other utilities and you start to see just who is getting screwed here.

How important is your health to you?  How important is your child’s health?  Ever wonder if it is the food you eat, or what is in it, that is causing weight gain, arthritis, Alzheimers, or other diseases?  What about the water you drink?  Those hormones and chemicals are in EVERYTHING.  Americans need to send a strong and clear message to both Congress and the FDA/USDA on what is important to them and what we will NOT tolerate any longer.  And if you think Obama’s health care insurance is going to be free then I guess you think that stimulus check you got didn’t come out of your pocket either huh?

In the Oxymoron of the hall of fame, the FDA and USDA will forever be noted as the greatest examples of government intelligence.  Instead of agencies with integrity and devotion to those they represent they represent shame , greed, arrogance, failure, and the worst of government.

A Marijuana Leaf

I’m a big fan of CNN’s Lou Dobbs.  I watch the show regularly and while I have my own views on most things Lou Dobbs covers, I agree with him.  So when this slight mention of the U.N. and a Marijuana report came up I was all ears waiting to see what he had to say.  I know Lou Dobbs isn’t a fan of drug use so I knew the coverage had to be something that had recently come to light.  I wasn’t disappointed.  However, here Lou Dobbs and I have vastly different views on the subject.

Cannabis sativa is the scientific name for this plant.  The uses of which are not just hallucinogenic.  Clothing made from Hemp, (the stem part of the plant) would never wear out.  Can’t have that in a world that says it needs to go green…  Other uses include everything from ship nails to food.  The stalk has two parts; Bast and Hurd.  The bast is what can be woven into cloth and worn forever.  Bast is more commonly known as HEMP.

Think of all the things you could do away with if you could grow this stuff at home. A little knowledge of how to prepare the plant for clothing and paper products and your budget spent at the store would dramatically decrease. And then there are the cleaning products you can make. And none of this touches the medicinal properties of the plant.

Cannabis sativa has a recorded history in China of 10,000 years. They use it to strengthen concrete, as food, (the seeds are high in protein), for fishing bait, in birdseed mixes, and the list goes on and on. Such a useful product would seem to be of benefit to humans, yet because it has been used as a drug it is outlawed. A long list of uses can be found on Wikipedia.  From hand creams to oil paint bases, from clothing to canvas, from construction to health care, there seems to be no end to the usefulness of this plant.  You just won’t believe all the good things that Hemp can make or be a part of.  Why then is it illegal?

But according to the Lou Dobbs show, the U.N. is all up in arms about the usage of this plant:

DOBBS: A new report tonight showing a tremendous increase in the use of marijuana in North America over the last decade. The United Nations report also warning that marijuana is much more harmful than previously reported and people are seeking treatment in record numbers. Louise Schiavone has our report.

LOUISE SCHIAVONE,CNN CORRESPONDENT : About two thirds of all the marijuana seized worldwide is seized in Mexico and the United States. Narcotics officers on the front lines say it’s a seriously underestimated problem.

RONALD BROOKS, NATL. NARCOTICS OFFICERS ASSN: Drug abuse in America is a bio-chem attack. It’s our own home-grown terrorism. It’s keeping kids from achieving their potential. It breaks up families, it fuels crime. It is truly the mother’s milk of gangs because it’s where they get their funding.

SCHIAVONE: Last year, says Brooks, millions of marijuana plants were eradicated on public land, much of it cultivated by heavily-armed Mexican drug cartels. A report from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime finds that while opium and cocaine production are declining globally, marijuana seizures in North America are rising. More than 3.5 million kilograms of marijuana was seized in North America in 2007 according to the U.N. study, roughly 2.2 million in Mexico and about 1.5 million in the United States.

And while there’s an ongoing debate of therapeutic use of marijuana for the seriously ill, doctors advice that marijuana can damage the brain.

DR. DENISE GREENE, PSYCHIATRIST: Long term side effects of chronic marijuana use, psychologically, are depression, and anxiety. So anyone who certainly has unrelying psychiatric illnesses should not be using marijuana on top of that.

SCHIAVONE: The U.N. report says marijuana is more harmful than commonly believed. Narcotics officer Brooks said today’s marijuana is deliberately cultivated to pack a punch that is 10 times stronger than it was in the ’70s.

SCHIAVONE: Lou, doctors tell us that marijuana can trigger an earlier onset of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in teenagers with a predisposition for them. For the general population, marijuana can be associated with psychosis, impaired memory and Lou, there are studies examining the correlation between consistent marijuana use and Alzheimer’s Disease later in life.

DOBBS: And the source of — the origin of that report is the United Nations, that’s worth repeating, I think. Louise Schiavone, thank you very much, appreciate it. Well, it’s also worth repeating that Mexico remains the major source of marijuana, methamphetamines, cocaine and heroin into the United States.

If Lou Dobbs is depending on the word of a psychiatrist I’ll keep my own counsel thank you very much! However, I did look up schizophrenia and regular brains to see if I could see a difference.  Also of note is that the tests were run with HEAVY usage of marijuana smokers, not normal usage.  By normal I mean once or twice a day for relaxation purposes and not continuous chain smoking.

I tried to find a medical definition for could since I know that the word *cause* in the medical world is different than for the rest of us.  For us, cause equals something.  Like carcinogens equal cancer or CAUSE cancer.  But in the medical world cause means something very different.  Cause for the scientific community means “an increased risk of, or, may be associated with.”  They know full well that the average person has a totally different understanding of this definition so why do they use it?  Why would they even have it???  The same holds true for lawyers.

This report from the U.N. doesn’t contain any definitions whatsoever.  And while there seems to be a long list of contributors, there are no reference marks or numbers attached to their report.  For example in the Forward section of the report:

In the United States, about 90 per cent of narcotic drugs were used for non-medical purposes. As drug abuse spread, an increasing number of people became familiar with the wretchedness, misery and evil connected with that affliction.

No reference is given for this claim. No explanation, no study sited, just what you see above.  It doesn’t say WHICH narcotics were used, just a round figure that we are supposed to interpret as truth.  Well, I have issues with this.  I’ve seen time and again how fuzzy math is used to come up with numbers that are scary when the reality is actually minimal.  After the forward we do have some numbering and referencing, but I have to question these.  My search criteria was for anything relating to these united States.  For example:

Essentially, under the 1961 Convention narcotic drugs were considered hazardous until it was proved that they were not; psychotropic drugs remained uncontrolled unless WHO advised that there was “substantial evidence” that they were liable to abuse or constituted a public health and social problem that would warrant their placement under international control.10

So, the U.N. is basing their statement, which it makes an absolute, on 1 page of a document that was never published.  Therefore it is impossible to verify the information that was used, check for peer reviews, or substantiate the findings.  Again, this comes down to fuzzy math and misleading statements and is dependent on you taking their word for it.  Not me.

Apart from the known risks of smoking tobacco, with which cannabis is frequently mixed, there are indications that cannabis consumption may be associated with an increased risk of psychotic disorders and schizophrenia.

If you were to open the link given, you will find that page 2 is blank with only a symbol on the page and this one entry:

Page 2 actually begins on page 9 of the report.  In speaking of children and risk assessment they talk about aggressive behavior and poor self esteem as causes for those at risk. Please tell me of one child out there who doesn’t have these issues at one time or another.  I recall seeing these same issues with my daughter as she was changing from a child into an adolescent.  I simply have to  questions such assumptions based on my own experience.  My daughter has never used any drugs in her life beyond an antibiotic or ibuprofen.  I would love to have someone else’s view on this.

Given these two examples, doesn’t it make you question this report just a bit?  How do they make such assumptions with so little in facts to base their assumptions on.  It surprises me then that CNN’s Lou Dobbs would just make such a small comment on such a huge report.  Think of all the countries who are members of the U.N. and part of this drug compact.  The report speaks of “rogue pharmacies which encourage drug abuse” and the use of the internet as part of this “global ring of pharmacies which are breaking international laws.  (47 United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute, Counterfeiting: a Global Spread, a Global Threat (Turin, Italy, 2007).  This report doesn’t site sources for the numbers they claim are there.  How can I believe a report where I can’t verify the data?

Imagine how much one plant can do. Didn't the Creator make it best, first?

And then we have another report which says just about the opposite of the U.N. report.  At the same convention where the U.N. issued this report, there were scientists that were asking for just the opposite.

Legalize, Tax Marijuana, Researchers Tell UN Drug Commission

VIENNA — A group of drug researchers is urging diplomats at a United Nations meeting to drop their prohibition on cannabis and allow the psychoactive substance to be sold and taxed like tobacco.

“Our message to politicians is that ‘you don’t have to worry too much about the effects of cannabis and that the kids aren’t listening to you in any case,’ ” Peter Room, a public health professor at the University of Melbourne, said today at a briefing. He helped chair a scientific committee that produced a report saying that marijuana isn’t a public health menace and that half the U.S. population born after 1970 and at least 21 years old has tried the drug.

The United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs is meeting for a second day in the Austrian capital. More than 1,400 diplomats and policy makers from 130 countries are attending.

So, here we find out that it is politicians that are making medical decisions for the rest of us, not doctors, not scientists, but those pesky politicians that seem to think they know what is best for all of us even when they couldn’t be further away from our own thoughts and feelings. How interesting. Doesn’t that just give all kinds of validity to their report? I don’t think so either.  I’m getting awful sick and tired of these *self interest groups* making decisions for all of us.

There is also the fact that some very important wording is missing from the U.N. report.  Words like *genetically predisposed to schizophrenia.*  Genetic predisposition has an incredible impact on the findings of a study.  It totally changes the picture in that you are looking more for a genetic deficiency instead of a plant based assumption.  In other words, the U.N. study makes it look as though the plant is responsible for the problem when in reality it is  genetics.

This report from Forbes Magazine, released on March 31, 2009 says:

Experts say finding worth further study, but patients shouldn’t light up just yet

WEDNESDAY, April 1 (HealthDay News) — New research out of Spain suggests that THC — the active ingredient in marijuana — appears to prompt the death of brain cancer cells.

The finding is based on work with mice designed to carry human cancer tumors, as well as from an analysis of THC’s impact on tumor cells extracted from two patients coping with a highly aggressive form of brain cancer.

Another study done uses condensed marijuana smoke to prove it has carcinogen properties and causes cancer and tumors.  But after having read this study, I can’t make hide nor hair out of their findings.  Definitely NOT layman friendly.  And all their findings DO NOT support their claims. Go figure… Some of the columns are left blank as in no data or the data did not support that claim.

I’d sure like to know how each of these studies can be right.  However, based on the plants usage, the risks definitely do not outweigh the benefits.  But I am certainly NOT going to listen to the U.N. Study or to Lou Dobbs report since no one there read the study to begin with.  None of the CNN Correspondents took the time to review the report and only reported on the outcome of the meeting.

It should also be noted that these united States did NOT provide data on marijuana for the 2008 study that the U.N. did.  That is reported on page 13 number 59.  You’ll see what I mean when/if you pull up the linked report.
