I love this country. I consider myself to be a patriot. However, I disagree strongly with the direction this country’s supposed leaders are taking us to. I despise Bush for making swiss cheese out of the Constitution of the United States Of America and saying it is “Just a Goddamn piece of paper!” No, it isn’t, it is our founding document Mr. Bush and you show a lack of respect for that document that enabled you to become President just as you have shown for everything else in your life.
I lack respect for dictators like Bush and he is as close to that as you can get in this country. So, this blog is all about my feelings and things I see wrong with today’s world.

Oh, and please don’t ever accuse me of using chain mail stuff. (one guy already did) I only use news wires, services, etc and the most reputable one I can find to verify my stories. I wouldn’t put speculation in this blog. Other than that, have a great day!

TRUST CANCELS INFORMED CONSENT?
In 2008 still ignored is the U.S. Senate’s 1994, “Lessons Spanning Half a Century” from “designed to harm” experiments conducted on “HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS” of Department of Defense (DOD) “GUINEA PIGS”.[7] This resulted in the to-date not implemented, “The Feres Doctrine should not be applied for military personnel who are harmed by inappropriate human experimentation when informed consent has not been given.”[7] All accomplished under the cover of civilian and military “national security missions”. [9]
Sixty four (64) years later still not given back are those rights that convicted rapists and murderers keep. [5] That they are ongoing on thousands more is proven by the latest ignored 2008 U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) [10], of their many 1993, 1994 & 1997 [4, 6 & 8] Reports, the ignored U.S. Senate 1994 experimentation Report [7] and the to-date negative response to the 1953 DOD Secretary’s NO experiments, without the subjects knowledge and consent [2]. Deliberately avoided are the treatment evidence and victim notification issues! In 2005 and 2006 Congress failed to pass the, “Veterans Right to Know Act”! Three (3) years before the 1953 order was the U.S. Supreme Court FERES the DOD “incident to service” DOCTRINE. [1] The U.S. Supreme Court 1987 STANLEY Case [3] functionally expanded the 1950 FERES coverage from the accidental “incident to service” to the deliberate, DOD can do no “designed to harm” wrong. In 2008 Congress still ignored is the U.S. Senate’s 1994 correcting, “The Feres Doctrine should not be applied…”. [7]
Are the experiments still continuing on military personnel? For those that serve a military indoctrination matter of trust, i.e., not questioned is the “inappropriate human experimentation” and consequences. Do you know the operant conditioning references? I am submitting how to reach the press release of Boeing Whistleblower, Gerald Eastman, to you for consideration as a topic for your publication. I have become aware of Mr. Eastman’s Boeing Whistleblower case, via my interest in whistleblower issues. I have his permission to send out his first press release and website address in order to better publicize his experiences as a legitimate whistleblower caught up in a most unpleasant relationship with his former employer. Since you do not accept lengthy missives, I am sending you how to reach the document instead of sending the full text to you.
His case is compelling and singularly important as the outcome will affect many whistleblowers and defense contractor whistleblowers in the future. I hope you will be able to work with his story and present it to your readers. The amount of corruption within some parts of industry and government is quite shocking at this time, and has been getting worse. Mr. Eastman is suffering the worst kinds of retribution for standing up to his former employer’s wrongdoing and trying to get the problems addressed in order to protect the public and military – anyone who flies on Boeing airplanes.
The situation is doubly interesting due to the settlement agreement the U.S. Government maintains with Boeing from the end of the Darleen Druyan/Michal Sears/Original Tanker Deal. In order not to lose the ability to bid on more contracts Boeing had to promise to keep themselves clean and ethical. The current issue, is that they have not been doing that. (There are several whistleblower and even criminal investigations and cases ongoing at the current time, besides Mr. Eastman’s case. Mr. Eastman’s however has reached a fevered pitch as Boeing has tried to deny he is a whistleblower, and has tried to prosecute him criminally for his efforts to stop the fraud he saw occuring while working as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Boeing.
