To Whom It May Concern, This involves among others, American state sponsored torture of its own people using advanced technology. Acoustic & Directed Energy Weapons have been used on me everyday for the past several years and off & on for 20 years. These weapons, this technology were developed at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Head of r & d at Los Alamos is J. Douglas Beason. Mr. Beason wrote a book, The E Bomb. He says these weapons will change the future of warfare. And he’s right, you have no idea how right he is. These weapons are and have been fully developed for decades. The original creator of this technology is Nicolai Tesla. Why aren’t these weapons used in the mid-east helping to protect the lives of American & Allied Soldiers? Why are these weapons used in America against Americans? This isn’t Gitmo or some other foreign country. None of this would be possible without the knowledge of high level government officials. If anything happens to me here it will have been murder. All law enforcement & elected officials know about this. Law enforcement is directly involved in all of this. The abuse of this technology will only get worse. What this technology can do is magic. In the hands of these people it is evil, pure evil. This technology was made to be abused. I would like to know more than anything who in the American government originally signed off on this? Who continues to ok this? Who’s playing god with this technology? How long has this been happening in this country? How many people has this been done to? Why is this happening? I know part of the reason. They enjoy it. They have complete control over you. I can sometimes hear them laughing when they’re using these weapons on me from apartments 2-1503, & 2-1703. There’s nothing you can do to defend yourself against this constant assult. This is being done to people all across this country. The American government know and sanction it. Given the American governments recent history, or its history in general, is any of this really that hard to believe? The United States talks a good game when it comes to other countries & torture. When it comes to its own America is a complete hypocrite. Congressman Ron Klein, Senators Bill Nelson, Jeff Atwater, Mayor of Riviera Beach Thomas Masters and all Riviera Beach City Council at the very least know about this. This area is 100% corrupted. I believe organized crime has a part in this. There’s a great deal of money going through these condos on Singer Island and everyone is bought off. The mafia has a long and well documented history in this area and with the American government. These weapons were also used on me at the North Palm Beach jail, the Palm Beach County jail, and at Oakwood Center where i was Baker Acted for calling 911 to report these weapons being used on me. I knew the police would do nothing to help. So i video taped the 911 calls and the Riviera Beach Police at my home taking me in handcuffs and in my underwear to Oakwood Center. I was held at Oakwood Center for four and a half days and forceably injected with drugs. I just want to repeat, i was Baker Acted for calling 911. I was no threat to anyone, i have it all on video. Evidence taken by the North Palm Beach Police was tampered with and my attorney at the time, Jan Peter Weiss and my judge at trial, Judge William Berger knew about it. Judge Berger and Mr. Weiss knew all along what is being done to me here. My crime against humanity? I was growing my own marijuana for stomach pain. Which as it turns out was caused by these people all along. I have a great deal of information i can send to you about this. In addition i have over 100 hours of video and three and a half hours of audio documenting my life and this area dating back to 2005. Part of the information are all my medical records. I can prove much if not all of what i’m saying here. If this sounds like i fear for my life here, i do. I know i’m stupid and naive, that’s a given. But i also know what is being done to me here.
